I have ordered from this location at least 5 times. They are incapable of providing the sauce for veggie spring rolls/cream cheese rangoons. I have tried putting special instructions and even called them right after making the order to make sure there is sauce just to be told everything is fine and then not get the sauce. Who is putting these items in a bag for delivery without sauce and thinking it's okay? Is the sauce expensive or something?

Hoping this review is read by somebody over there who cares enough to fix this, but will probably be ignored like my phone calls.

Stood there at the counter and watched them fill hug grub orders that sat there and got cold while I had to wait 20 minutes for them to Make my food. Not impressed.

I had a great experience at this Panda Express! Grace was extremely helpful and made sure my vegetarian order was handled perfectly. She carefully took the order with the right instructions and made sure everything was just right. It’s rare to find such attentive and friendly service, and Grace truly made the visit pleasant. Thank you for the excellent service — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I paid extra for my shrimp and chow main order they gave me the wrong order then refused to fix it. when I asked l the employee Xavier to speak with a manager he laughed in my face and I was told they are not available this is 7pm on Tuesday your managers go home that early? I am pecatarian I don’t even eat chicken, now I have to spend more money else where what a joke. Close the store at 7pm too when you leave and don’t leave the staff to screw people over? You gave me the wrong order I paid more money for my food and still got nothing. Go to sabaro or something this location sucks

Great fast food served like a school cafeteria would. Plenty of tables perfect for families or small groups.

Parking: No problem ever.

Kid-friendliness: A panda cub meal is an offering for the little ones

Wheelchair accessibility: Parking spaces with 4 inch incline sidewalk to sidewalk surrounding building.
Entry is even with sidewalk.

I was told to wait 6 minutes for fried rice but instead of that they scraped the pot with the burned rice that was standing there who knows how long and they served it to me. I was there 1 hours before closing. Yes they refunded my card without refund receipt and I will see if they will actually refund me but I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Shame on you.

I dont know of its because English is their second language or maybe its just cultural, but employees come off as very rude. Evening staff made up students is usually more efficient and polite.
