Panda Express never disappoints! The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The orange chicken and Beijing beef are my favorites — perfectly crispy and tasty every time. The staff here are friendly and quick, and the restaurant is always clean and well organized. Great portion sizes and fair prices too. Perfect spot for a quick and satisfying meal. Highly recommend if you’re craving something delicious and consistent!

My husband placed an online pickup order, and we went inside to collect it. When we approached the man at the register, he immediately had an unpleasant attitude and treated us with suspicion, as if we were trying to take someone else’s food. We showed him our online receipt, but instead of verifying the order, he stared at it silently without checking anything. If it hadn’t been for another staff member who brought out our order and confirmed it matched, I believe we would’ve faced even more unnecessary issues. The behavior and tone were unprofessional, and we will not be returning. We’ll be going to Sarku Japan across the food court instead.

I asked her politely if she could add a bit more, and in response, she rudely threw just one more piece of chicken on the plate and tossed the food toward the cashier. Usually, other places serve much larger portions—you probably know that if you eat here. I could clearly see how small the portion was.

Never been treated so poorly. I greeted them kindly ordering my food , said please and thank you, and yet still the young teenage girl working was nothing but unkind and rude to me. She was short with nearly black hair and looked no more than 19. You’d think I had insulted her by how rude she was to me and my friend. She greeted us by asking “what do u want” and that was all, and even rolled her eyes at me when I said thank you after she handed me my food. I don’t understand how she was even able to get the job there in the first place with the terrible customer service

So I came to yorktown mall to
shop I got hungry and want to the food court at panda express and the lady there ignored me and was talking to the other worker ignoring me and about 3 min later see listed to my me rudely we got the food and eat and it suck's and at other panda express ther food is good here the not never come.
