I tried Peak Thai in Lombard and it definitely lived up to the hype! I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken, and it was absolutely delicious — packed with flavor, perfectly cooked noodles, and tender chicken. The balance of sweet, tangy, and savory in the sauce was spot on. Portion size was generous too, so it felt like a great value.
The restaurant itself has a nice, welcoming vibe, and the service was friendly and quick. You can tell they really care about quality here. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more dishes on the menu!
Highly recommend Peak Thai if you’re craving authentic, flavorful Thai food in the area.

Lightning fast service!!!
Great food tasted the most authentic of the halal Thai I have had so far. Pad Thai had the perfect amount of flavor.

Traveling out from Tennessee on vacation and decided it was a Thai food kind of day, this was one of the closest restaurants near me and decided to check it out. Was not let down, the chicken pad Thai was hot and delicious, I’d definitely come back here next time around.

I’m not sure what was going on with the satay but it was essentially pieces of dry unseasoned meat.

Service was ok. Food was very poor. 2 orders of crispy chicken curry came out very burnt, completely black. Ordered 1 spicy and 1 mild but was served 2 spicy. Vegetables were not cooked at all, just added at the end. The curry was grainy, it was like chewing on sand. The third order came out at least 10 minutes after the first 2 and was missing ingredients. We were told they were out of some of the ingredients of the pad Thai. During our dinner, we heard multiple people return their food because something was wrong with it. Very disappointing to pay 100$ for a dinner and leave all the food on the plate.

Food was okay, quantity was less and price was high.
Incredible Thai food! I have tried lots of Thai food in various states around the country and this little gem had food bursting with flavor. Each item we ordered had its own taste and uniquely delicious flavor! With 3 picky kids, and one child with allergies, they were very careful not to contaminate any of the food. There were lot of options for my kids to try. We ordered Crab Rangoon, Chicken fried rice, drunken chicken noodles, chicken saatay, Chicken Thai Basil, Penang chicken curry (was a bit spicy) but very tasty, Orange chicken (totally recommend this one). It’s a small place but we went with 10 family members around 3pm so there was hardly anyone there. I will definitely be back here to try more items!

Restaurant was closed during business hours on a Wednesday night and no signs posted either. The open sign was turned on.
Do not get the chicken wings or orange chicken. The wings were pink on the inside. Orange chicken tasted stale. The fried rice is straight up mid. Kee Mao noodles were decent.

Kao Soi was delicious , the egg rolls were really good along with chicken satay. Very flavourful dishes. Service is fast. The combo rice was not as good as the other dishes. But overall good experience!
I ate in here twice and the food and service were great, however the third time I came I used takeout and it was awful. The fried egg rolls were in Styrofoam boxes and they turned into a wet soggy mess by the time we got home and ate. The noodles I ordered were bland, and the edamame was also sitting in Styrofoam water. So I'm giving the eat in review from a few months ago 5 stars, and the take out review 1 star. Stop being cheap and invest in a few paper bags for your take out egg rolls and other fried foods.
Best panang I've had since living in Thailand. Based off how amazing everything about it was, ill assume everything else is good too. But my friend did like the chicken fried rice.
They have plenty of seating and service is fast.
Ill definitely be going back next time I'm in town.
I suggested this place to my colleague and had a terrible experience, the service was not impressive, but after we asked for their famous dish (since it was our first time), Pad Thai was suggested by server, however the food had very wired and pungent smell and didn't looked fresh, not coming back and disappointed.
My friend and I came here for the $10.95 lunch special, which includes a cucumber salad or an egg roll and an entrée of your choice. The food was excellent—great flavors and quality! However, the customer service left much to be desired. Our waitress rushed us throughout the meal and tried to clear my plate without asking if I wanted a to-go box. While my friend was still in the process of paying, the waitress abruptly pointed out that we hadn’t left a tip yet—which we were planning to do out of courtesy, despite the service. The restaurant wasn’t busy, so the rush felt unnecessary. The ambiance is cozy and the food is definitely worth coming back for, but the service could use some major improvement.
