Food was great. Our waitress was pleasant but our appetizer and entree came out almost together. We didn't even get to eat the appetizer and had to box it up to take home. The bathrooms needed to be cleaned. Garbage cans were overflowing. We enjoy the food but they need to pay attention to detail.

I have to admit it. It's been a while since I had been there, but we really enjoyed our meal. There's lots of new dishes to try so if you haven't been to PF's in a while, head out and give it one.

Food was pretty consistent like it isn't any of these locations, but I will tell you the service was far from acceptable. The server did not clear the unused table settings and didn't even check on us during our meal. She was very quick to take plates away that we weren't even done with the one time she did come to our table, which was super annoying. I don't really like to give bad reviews, but it looks like this place needs a little training for their staff. They all seemed pretty clueless.

PF Changs has gone down hill. We went for a family dinner and will not return. The Service and server was very good and helpful, however the restaurant, the food quality and cleanliness has declined significantly over the years. We had dirty plates, silverware and drink glasses which we had to ask for new dinnerware for several of the people in our party. The food was OK but nothing to go back for and the food quality was below average. I wish we could share more positive comments but overall we were disappointed and will not be returning.
