Food was great and we had a great time. To be honest - our server Floyd made it entirely worth it - he was great and made sure we had an amazing birthday celebration!

The waiter was good. The food was delicious. The restaurant was loud. The staff running the food out made numerous mistakes.
Food was delicious and our server Masakazu was impeccable and added to the experience

Usually my go to for lunch. Tried for dinner. Sesame chicken was part of the dinner feast. Never would have ordered it otherwise. Am I glad I tried it!

Food was good, but not hot. It was medium at best temperature-wise. Salad was great. Lettuce wraps and pork dumplings were great. Drinks were great, but entrees seemed small and only warm.
Food great. Server great. Sat us at a booth that fits 4 when we are a group of 5. Then they sat a very large group with children and we couldn't hear each other. We love PF Changs but it was a bad experience
The food was quite tasty but the price for the appetizer was more than the dinner price. That should never be the case. We ordered chicken lettuce wraps that were a small portion. 4 pieces of lettuce was served with our wraps, such a disappointment. Probably won't go back- and this used to be my favorite restaurant- Not any more- Dinner for two with an appetizer and no alcohol was over $60. This at a time when we picked the "sale menu" for dinner and entrees were 16.99ea, bill ended up over $60.

Everything about PF Chang is good - except the food. Attractive space, friendly and attentive staff. But the food is consistently disappointing. Basic dishes - Egg drop soup, teriyaki chicken, crab rangoons - are all off. They don't taste like they should The place feels like corporate America decided to create a Chinese restaurant. They made it look good - and forgot to learn about how to cook Chinese food
This place is obviously understaffed, the wait times are long though the restaurant was only less than half full. Food is ok but the portions shrank recently and the $ prices went up. Not sure if we are coming back.
The meals now have different serving sizes. We ordered the Traditional size however my friends plate wasn't as full as mine (same menu item - Mongolian Beef). Waitress probably grabbed wrong on off counter. Getting too expensive now even with their deals.
The chicken lettuce wraps we got as an appetizer were delicious. We also got Sesame Beef and Teriyaki Beef. Both were tasty. We got the "traditional" size plates, I had enough to bring some home for lunch the next day, my husband's plate was completely gone, he devoured each ounce.
We always enjoy our dinners there. Many gluten free options. I like their shrimp fried rice. Everything is good.
