I called and was put on hold for over ten minutes. So I go into the restaurant and again, the supposed manager tells me to wait as she berates the delivery driver ... then I decide to call again just to check and see that the phone was ringing... and it did. I said don’t you answer phones around here!? To which the rude manager tells me she was on the phone with her boss... I tell her I’m sure he wouldn’t have minded holding so you could deal with the phone call which was money waiting to be spent in this raggedy tag establishment. Then she told me she could deny me service!? All because she doesn’t know how to run this Pizza Hut and doesn’t know how to pick up a phone. I’ll never go back to this franchise again and I work in Lombard so I’ll also be telling my co workers and customers to not visit this establishment either. I was rudely treated by the ginger manager and will be getting in touch with corporate about this. Very disappointed in the managers customer service and rudeness.

Severely disappointed with tonight's attempt at ordering a pizza. My wife waited on the phone for 15 min on hold before finally driving over while staying on hold. When she pulled in, now 25 min on hold, she saw the employee sitting in her car with the phone inside the building off the hook. My wife began to tell her how wrong it was to not answer the phones and your employee went off on my wife screaming about her ear infection and how she just had 4 orders come in at once and needed a break outside in her car, which left nobody inside to answer phones. I have been going to this pizza hut for over 15 years and lately I have been extremely disappointed in the level of service I am seeing. Tonight's pizza was going to be free because the last time we ordered the pizza never showed up. The regional manager said it happened to many people the same night and that the kitchen was a mess. I love pizza hut but I will not go back to this location which means I will be ordering from pizza hut less often. Get your act together and let me know when you do!

Waited hours for two pizzas made dinner at home they said cant refund me they told me to put it in the fridge like wtf is this never again ordering from them. DONT ORDER FROM HERE Get the pizzas and it's the wrong one like wtf what a day not eating

Rude employee!! Last night was the final time I will ever order from this Pizza Hut! I ordered online about 5:30pm and received a confirmation email that our order would be delivered by 6:30pm. This was ordered for our daughter who was babysitting our nieces while the adults went out to dinner. Well, 6:30 comes and goes and by 7:15 we are getting calls from the kids asking where there dinner is. So I spent 15 minutes on hold trying to call Pizza Hut, to no avail. So another person at our dinner table calls and OH they picked right up! Perhaps they saw my number had an outstanding order??? I explain to the employee that answered the phone that our order was approaching an hour late and he puts me on hold, never to return!! So I called back from yet another phone, and the employee that answered told me that well it’s Friday and they are busy, so my pizza will get there when it gets there, and if I call again he’ll just cancel our order. Then he hung up on me!! Pizza finally arrived about 8pm and the kids said the driver was very apologetic. My guess is his tips suffer due to the horrible customer service on the phones. Instead of the adults having a nice, enjoyable, expensive dinner, I spent the appetizer and salad course tracking down the kids food. This is not the first bad experience with this location either. Order ANYWHERE ELSE!
