Ordered a pair; Apple walnut salad and pizza melt on thin white. Pizza melt only had sausage cheese and sauce (barely any sauce) no pepperoni no mushrooms no capicola! And the ingredients that were present didn't even fill the width and diameter of tht sandwich they were very skimpy on the order!

This place has added tip without my knowledge I came home and saw my bill the older man working the cashier added his own tip I called in the next day and the owner apologized and returned my money back in cash I don’t appreciate the fact he took without my authorization it’s the principle please check your receipts that’s called stealing very disappointed

I’m never coming back here again. First, I was over charged by the cashier who then lied about it by saying it’s an old menu and all the price went up. I was scammed. When I spoke with the manger, he said the receipt shows that the cashier added himself a tip of 10% (without telling me). Initially no apologies from either people other than being given a dollar back. Then, as I was typing in my review, manager came up to say that he had a talk with the cashier and finally decided to apologize.

Second, the water from the fountain dispenser was dirty with black particles in it while I was drinking from it (see photo). I brought this to the manager’s attention. The manager gave me a bottled water. I just hope I’m not gonna get sick later today from drinking that contaminated water.

Came into the store on my lunch break Saturday, was very busy but they followed their rules and had me out the store less than 8 minutes. Shoutout to the staff for keeping good composure, food was great and prices are awesome for what you get. I very much recommend the popular wreck & chicken pot pie soup 🥪🍜. Bravo to management

Placed my order 2 days ago, the food was late 15 minutes, when they gave it to me the didn’t apologize for the delay and the food was so bad. There was barely any chicken inside the sandwiches

I went online to place a delivery order today. After completing the order, I discovered that I incorrectly placed the order as pickup. I immediately called the location and a very nice gentleman answered my call, understood my situation and cancelled my order so I could place the corrected one. I then received my food (soup/salad combo) super quickly and exactly as ordered. Absolutely delicious and both containers packed to the brim! It took me all day to finish it! It's rare to receive this quality of service these days. Thank you Potbelly team!

It’s been a long time since I went to Potbelly but I had a coupon for a free entree. Located close to Kitakata Ramen, Kai Sushi, and Anything Fitness. Parking lot is ample. I was immediately greeted by the staff. I ordered a pizza melt and added on mac and cheese. This was a takeout but the restaurant itself was clean. The mac and cheese was eh, I made better mac and cheese from those Kraft boxes. The sandwich was decent but tasty but decent. I had better tasting sandwiches at Subway. Altogether, I would give this like a 3. Nothing memorable.
