I have been coming to this Potbelly for many years. They are among the friendliest and most consistent potbelly's out there. Their services is great. They keep the place clean. They are very nice and attentive and the food is always very good. If I had only one constructive piece of feedback and it is super nitpicky, it would be that sometimes the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are cooked a little bit too much. I like mine soft and super chewy but some feel that makes the cookies look undercooked. Stop in and have a Wreck. You'll be happy you did.

Our second experience was less than stellar! They forgot a drink, shake was not at all thick and the roast beef sandwich was ordered with double cheese and I could barely see any. I called the restaurant and asked if they double check the orders before they are delivered and they responded "we are only human." Certainly not what a customer wants to hear. Very unprofessional. We ordered delivery from their app and they kept saying they will remake if we come back. We ordered delivery as we didn't currently have a way to get there. Looks like we will be removing them in our rotation, as we order in at least once a week.

We all enjoyed the Steakhouse Beef. App is great way to make your sandwich custom. The hot peppers are very hot and tasty. Enjoyed the hotter than hot chips and the cold brew shake was refreshing. Doordash was speedy and they do a great job with labeling the sandwiches so you can be sure you grab the correct sandwich. Original is plenty to fill up your belly.

I had to pick up my own delivery. Manager was pretty rude when I asked for a refund (delivery fee and tip). Got a rude comment from him about me asking for my refund. He just threw my tip at me and told me to leave when I asked about the delivery fee.

This place is a mess. Website will not allow online ordering for pickup. No one answers the phone when you call to try to make an order. Very disappointing that this chain seems to be TRYING to put themselves out of business. sad.
