I stopped by the Sbarro at Yorktown Mall and had a great experience. The staff behind the counter were very friendly and welcoming, which really stood out. I ordered the baked ziti combo with a breadstick and a drink, and everything came out hot and fresh.
The baked ziti was hearty and comforting — loaded with pasta, plenty of melted cheese, and topped with a generous layer of sauce. It tasted just right for a quick mall meal, filling without being too heavy. The breadstick was the real surprise: baked golden with seasoning and a little crunch on the outside, but still soft and warm inside. Perfect for dipping into the ziti sauce.
The portion sizes were generous, the food came out quickly, and the seating area upstairs by the big windows was clean with a nice view out to the parking lot and trees. It made for a relaxed lunch break.
Overall, this Sbarro feels like a solid choice when you’re at Yorktown Mall — friendly people, tasty pasta, and fresh bread that hits the spot.

14 bucks for a slice, and one side is kinda crazy. I know times are changing, but that's still the cost of a meal at some places. It could at least come with a drink. The pizza was not great either. i got the bacon sausage pizza, and there was barely bacon or cheese on the pizza. The sausage didn't have fennel and was tasteless.

They are so disgusting! They drop the utensil and still use them!! They use their bare hands while handling the food the pizza makes don't even use gloves half of the time and go back and forth touching multiple items and then proceeding to touch the dough the place is very nasty and also they re-use the pizza if the person did not want it they give it to the next person if it’s the same Order

Sbarro's at Yorktown Mall is wonderful, and I always look forward to eating it! The pizza is always really good and consistent, and the service is great. I wouldn't call it amazing service, but by no means is it bad, or even close to that. The food is always good, the service is good, and the food court eating area is decently sized and has some pretty plush seating!

I ordered the mac and cheese, and I got the runs in the next 15 minutes that kept coming and going for a few hours...Not only did it sereverly upset my stomach, the pasta wasn't cooked and and cheese was sooo watery, not even cheesy at all! ALSO they really tried not filling the container...worker admitted to us that the manager told them to skim food portions on purpose...very disappointed...

I have been coming to this place for a decade and have always loved the food and the staff. However, I am not fond of the new staff. The customer service has declined, and the staff is not very friendly. Additionally, the portion sizes of the roasted potatoes and Zaiti have decreased. While the food quality and taste remain good for now, I hope it continues that way; otherwise, I may have to look for a new spot. This has always been my go-to place, and it would be disappointing to find a replacement at Yorktown Mall. I could have given it one star, but it was not the most horrible experience. I am optimistic about seeing someone turning things around and making it as good as before.
Although overpriced I come here as it is a favorite spot for my 2 year old and I to grab a slice. Unfortunately, I came at 11:00 a.m today and they had no thin crust pepperoni available. Not a huge deal at all, I let my kid run around for 15 minutes (checked the time so I am sure it was at least 15 min) and then went back…they still didn’t have it. Seeing as it is likely the most popular item, it was disappointing. Especially since it was early and well before the lunch rush. I couldn’t wait any longer with a toddler running around so had to leave.
For $7 a slice and the effort needed to park and get to the food court, not sure it is worth it.

Bad service when ordering, I had a great day with my daughter, we had previously eaten here and we were satisfied, but when it was time to leave the mall, we had a person in charge of pizza to take away but this man, according to him, is the boss with a bad face and no desire to serve anyone, he left me waiting for a rough bread pizza, saying it would be ready in 10 minutes and he never made it, he looked at me sitting there or said, you know, not there for now, I could buy another one somewhere else or different from the one I ordered... And apart from that, I saw it myself that he took a slice of pure cheese and put pepperoni 🍕 on it just so as not to make a nape and fresh, I hated that they told me that there would be one but you have to wait 10 minutes and those 10 minutes went to more than 40 minutes and I never got the order, I waited alone just like an idiot and that's why I keep quiet so badly, sir, I hope my daughter doesn't order more of that pizza so as not to go back there and he will serve me again. Both people dont know what the meals are and they lie giving you extra and overpaying and when u tell them if all that is in the combo meals they blame us custumers saying that we ordered everything seperate and get mad slamming the tip jar ij from of our faces like is mandatory while Them Being all rude!!

Food was terrible the spaghetti tasted like rubber and not much sauce also came with a breadstick which was extremely hard and had hardly any flavor. The Salad was okay. But for paying 16.00 and it not tasting good was not good for me. I will not be returning back.
