Sonia and Jonathan provided excellent customer service while keeping everything running so smoothly between customers and keeping the area clean and orderly. I'll be back to the Sbarro at Yorktown mall because of them. They are an awesome team!

I have been coming to this place for a decade and have always loved the food and the staff. However, I am not fond of the new staff. The customer service has declined, and the staff is not very friendly. Additionally, the portion sizes of the roasted potatoes and Zaiti have decreased. While the food quality and taste remain good for now, I hope it continues that way; otherwise, I may have to look for a new spot. This has always been my go-to place, and it would be disappointing...

I have watched, in dismay, as Sbarro has declined. They were a delicious creation, like Pizza Hut, KFC, etc.
Still, I went to my Yorktown Sbarro today, got my favorite.
Large Ziti w/Xtra sauce. Just under 10$ but the garlic bread sucks now. it used to be these butter and Parmesan encrusted croissant things.
And they aren't using Grande Cheese anymore, I can tell. It is sad, I have cherished the New York taste here in Chicago
