We had calamari, meatball sliders and wings everything was delicious! I’m not sure why I never came here before but I will be back !!!!
3rd time in that place . Waitress was fenomenal and friendly. It is just food with this place . Saturday nights food is good but any other day is just not good at all. I ordered a cheeseburger and the bun was cold . I did mention it to the waitress but it seems that the chef or cook does not take feedback in a good way. The lines of the beer system need to be clean and sanitized. Had a smell if you sit by the bar.
This place is a gem in the rough!!! The staff is very friendly and outgoing to make sure you are well taken care of. Good selection of spirits on hand and the food is on point
Bounteous selection with amazing daily specials! Probably the most Whiskey, Scotch, Bourbon selection that I've ever seen also good beer selection and lots of bacon on the menu.
Sebastian’s Ale & Whiskey House has quickly become one of my go-to spots in Lombard. The atmosphere is always welcoming, the staff is consistently friendly, and the giant TVs make it a great place to catch a game. But the real highlight? Their beer selection—easily one of the best in town.
If you’re a bacon lover, you’re in for a treat. They have an entire section of the menu dedicated to bacon-inspired creations!
Here are a few of my personal favorites (with photos to prove it):
1. Noon Whistle Brewing Gummy Beer – A smooth, hazy IPA that hits just right. Bonus: the brewery is right across the street!
2. Loaded Jr. Pretzel – A soft pretzel piled high with meat, cheese, and all kinds of deliciousness.
3. Bacon-Wrapped Mozzarella Sticks – Exactly as amazing as they sound, straight from their bacon menu.
4. Fish & Chips – Crispy, hot, and reliably satisfying.
Whether you’re here for the drinks, the food, or just a good time, Sebastian’s delivers every time.
Plenty of tap beer and spirit choices. Great sports bar.
1st time here, almost went elsewhere
But GLAD I stopped
The food was tasty, and beer was cold
had bacon wrapped mushrooms, Tasty
Bar server was attentive and personable
The waiter was awesome and provided superior customer service. Liked all the TVs, the comfort of the chairs, and a really nice couch for relaxing with food and a game. Okay, the food, was just not flavorful. The cheeseburger had no taste, and the mild wings were just not that good. I am hopeful that this establishment will take this into account and provide better-tasting food. We did enjoy our time; we just wished the food was better.
Definitely the best bar to go watch UFC fights!
Nice place, friendly, will definitely go back!

Ordered a beer, when I was done the bartender asked if I wanted another which I did and I asked to order food. Drank my beer and waited for food. I thought it was taking a while but didnt say anything since it was busy and she was there all by herself. 30mins later after I finished my 2nd beer the bartender came over and said the cook had left and should be back shortly. I canceled my food, paid and left. Had I known there was no cook I wouldn't have ordered the 2nd beer and would have went somewhere else. This was about 4pm during the week.
New to the area and was seeking casual eats with vegan options. Not only did they have a full vegan menu but desserts as well! We had a wonderful experience thanks to Natalie’s impeccable service who was friendly and attentive! The food was great and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you for having a vegan menu!
A great local establishment to meet up with friends, play pool, darts, or the machines. You can watch every and all sports events while eating some good food along with your favorite drink of choice.
I just wasted 37 dollars. I ordered the bacon wrapped jalapeños, and the corned beef eggrolls. The bacon wrapped jalapeños were completely uncooked on the bottom as you see in the pictures. I brought them back in to be remade and to my surprise they are still very undercooked in many areas. I can’t imagine these being Chicago’s best as far as the eggrolls we are really excited about them because tomorrow is St. Patrick’s Day. As soon as I open them, I knew they were gonna be bad the whole entire bottom of the container was filled with grease. I I mean, they were literally dripping when I picked them up and they weren’t crunchy. They were soggy and greasy. The inside was also filled with grease. It was awful. I use napkins to pat the insides to be able to salvage as much as we could inside…but this was absolutely horrible.
The foo/drinks are Good AND Natalie the bartender is AMAZING!!!
