I've been a regular at Smoothie King for about six months now, and I can honestly say the service is fantastic! It's so nice to walk in and have them greet me by name and even remember my usual order. Everyone there is incredibly friendly every single time, and they've been super helpful in suggesting options for my kids, which is a huge plus. Overall, it's always a good experience, and their smoothies (and bowls!) are consistently delicious. Highly recommend!

I am wondering if the worker didn't want to do it or if this is a new policy. I was able to order it online, but I decided to order in the drive-thru, and that is what I was told.
