I told the lady, when I ordered my drink, that I was having a “bummer” of a day and I hoped the coffee would improve my mood.
Coffee was complimentary when I went to pay and there were uplifting messages written on my cup. That gesture of kindness by your staff completely flipped my mood, like a light switch.
Thank you, Starbucks, and your great employees.
can y’all please explain to me why you close at 730????
When all the guys are there it is great! True baristas! A lot of the ladies seem to be lazy and do not make good coffees. Training is needed for these ladies. The male crew is above excellent. A regular !!
