Today I had a coffee here and there was something red & sticky on the lid of my regular black coffee. When I asked for a different coffee the staff acted quickly to offer a new cup and drink.

The space was clean and staff was nice. Still… the red sticky mess on the lid of my coffee turned me off.

To the barista that picked me up on my darkest day. November 14th was my divorce, the hardest day of my life. I couldn't breathe, sobbing as panic set in on how my life would be. I pulled up to Starbucks for a pink drink (my go to), as I approached the window I asked for some napkins (to dry my eyes). The barista looked at me and said "This one is on me", I now cried more seeing the compassion this stranger had towards me. He said "pick up your head, tomorrow is a new day, you'll get through whatever it is". I thanked him and drove off. This man's compassionate heart stuck with me. I've been back multiple times and finally got his name, JULIAN! So this review is for you Julian! Starbucks take notes, because not only does he deserve a raise, he deserves an award! Never ever have I had a barista like Julian. Thank you again for trying to help me smile on my darkest day.

A great small coffee shop to go to for business oriented event. I go here to charge my devices while working on my podcast. Could use something done about the flies but hadn't seen them on my last visit. Great service and always positive environment

They do not deserve even one star. If you order Green tea Matcha they will always give you cup half empty. You pay 6-7$ for nothing. Shame on owners skimming off customers.
This kind of behavior is turning off your customers and will lower your sales. Stores like this one need to go out of business!

I’ve never experienced such great costumer service from a Starbucks until I came to this location. Their staff, specifically Vicky was beyond kind and respectful even though I was having troubles with my Starbucks app, she helped me navigate it. Will definitely take the same route to work to make this my everyday Starbucks stop.

I wouldn’t hang out here. Starbucks has to be a stand alone store, not in a strip mall to feel more like a coffee restaurant and less like a rinky dinky cafe. They serve food here and since done so, it feels like a smaller coffee shop. Am I the only one who thinks so? And look at how small the area is where the workers slave for pennies. Poor workers. I feel for you guys and don’t know how you do it.

Are you guys serious..Update 05/25: poor customer service, they try to save on cost by shorting your drink and on top of that this place is always empty. Solid.

I usually meet here with one of my close friends because she is going through a challenging time. When we first got here, I didn’t get acknowledged and people just kept doing their thing behind the cashier. When we were about to leave, Iesha came and yelled at us that she was locking the door and throw a chair. I asked her to please not yell and she said she didn’t care and kicked us out. Please check the cameras, this lady has no customer service manners and creates a bad experience for customers. There is a way to ask customers things. Very shameful!
