Starbucks inside the Target. Had the worst service experience ever. Instead of coconut milk they did whole milk which I have an allergy for. I came back, told the other girl about that and experienced rude attitude. She made Me guilty, saying that I have to tell them my allergy next time. Which means they don’t take your order seriously, and can make whatever they want. If I am having allergic reaction I am coming back to them! Whole thing turned out bad only because of the other girl attitude.

The lines take forever to serve the customers, extremely slow and then they refund you if they aren’t able to make your order.

Won't offer an iced chai tea in a venti cup, only tall and can't offer an explanation why. Girl behind counter was rude when asked for explanation.

Waited there for about 10 mins in line, one person in front of us. No one acknowledged us or offered to take our order. The ones working had no sense of urgency. Not sure why the workers (2) were there. One was just getting ice. We left

Obviously they don’t know how to listen to their customers when they talk. They made my drink wrong and added things I didn’t say too. If I could give no stars I would.
Careless people. They spill coffe on me, while I was in my car..... Other Starbucks attendants put s stopper on lid to a ovoid coffee gets spill on you or while driving.

Awful customer service, minus 5 stars! I went in to get a cherry icee and the flavor was horrid. I let the young female behind the counter know, instead of saying sorry or let me go see what the problem is I got, "just go get a different kind!" Well, I dont like the other flavors, is their anything I can do? "No. That'll be $2.30". Really? Charge me for your poor product! It's only pennies but it's the point. I paid and you'll never have my business again.
