The staff is kind, attentive, and keeps the store in great shape, but the music is extremely loud to the point it's annoying. Do not plan to spend time here if you were grabbing a coffee to catch up with a friend or work.

the food and coffee was great. However, Gary the manager was offensive. I sat down to reload my card and he approached me asking if i was going to order. I replied that i was in the process of reloading my card. He then stated i needed to make a purchase to use the Cafe. i felt this was highly uncalled for as i was only there for not more than 5 minutes and the store was empty. I felt maybe this was because I'm Mexican and was dressed down in a sweater and joggers. either way i will not be returning to this location.

I've been a Starbucks customer for about 20 years, and I can confidently say this location offers some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. The entire team is fantastic, but one standout is Coleman. His upbeat energy, positive attitude, and dedication make every visit to this Starbucks a true pleasure.

I was over in the area visiting, and this by far is the driest Starbucks I’ve ever been to! I’ve come in 3-4 times now , and no one greets me, I sit and wait for my drink to be prepared, they never call my name for my orders …customer service here

Went through the drive-thru, but then decided to grab a bite inside. Charlie helped me at the drive-thru. She was very nice & polite. She even convinced me to buy a cup lol (that I absolutely love). Service was quick. Order was accurate. Store was clean and had lots of seating options.

Parking: Plenty of parking and there's a drive-thru.

Usually my go-to coffee stop on my way to work but lately I’ve been annoyed that Lauren always look at the payment machine to see how much tip I am giving. I always do give tip but today i purposely put none and saw her reaction showing she was not happy. Her face is literally 5” close to the screen as if she was the one making the payment. It annoys me. Does she look at the screen to pressure people to tip?
Regardless, it is a bad attitude and i dont like it. Give me space when i complete my financial transaction. This is probably the only Starbucks that sort of “forces” me to tip.

The female receptionist had a terrible service attitude. I showed her what I wanted to buy on my phone, but she said she couldn't understand it. This was totally discriminatory.
