Don't come to this location they dont honor the coupons that are mailed to the resident it service it's business in ...the man was very rude I will never come back here ..that man dont deserve our business . I suggest the make a sign at the enter regarding the coupons and how they dont honor there own business im very disappointed .... I will keep my main subway the one on st .Charles is much better and cleaner then this place and they except the coupons

Staff nice, but this is the slowest subway on planet earth. Even a crowd of three people backs them up, and then they’ll tell you to wait while they spend ten minutes on an online order. They need two people working the counter.
Came here for a quick eat, brought in coupons the person working said they dont take coupons and was very rude when making our order.

We did an online order and everything was incorrect. Diet Pepsi ordered, got a Pepsi Zero. Red Gatorade ordered, got a blue Gatorade. Ordered a turkey, cheese, and mayo, got a turkey, cheese, mayo, onion, tomato, and pickle. I don’t know how you can literally get everything wrong but they managed too.

Very undercooked chicken has me currently in the ER with food poisoning. I will never be eating here again.
Stay away from this location. I have already reported them to corporate. The food was not fresh, the staff was rude, and it was obvious they were trying to skimp on ingredients. The owner was extremely rude and yelled at me and my wife without even listening to our concerns.

We just ordered using the app to get the special and I ordered the roast beef and recieved 1 slice of beef on each half of the sandwich. I will never recommend this subway or go back to it. That is a total shame.
