I ordered a 6 inch which comes with six pieces of meat. However, I guess their into cost cutting measures, savings and increasing their profit.They gave me 4 pieces of meat and 3 pieces of cheese damn near, choked on the sandwich.

Very nice and comfortable place hygienic food freshly made cookies and subs are Best in town.Nice and clean place to sit and enjoy with friends and family. Staff is super very friendly and well behaved. Trained and professional staff is the ❤️ of this sub way .Quick service on line orders get done in minutes. I would highly recommend this place .Sir AMIR PATHAN is a pillar of this sub way like a DIAMOND in the sky very smart and intelligent knows how to manage his team .we are very proud of you sir hatts off GOD bless you.

I ordered a tuna sandwich and the guy that was preparing the food basically threw the ingredients on the bread so they were everywhere, and before he was about to close the sandwich and split them in half he asked if I was going to dine in or take out. not sure what difference that made but I said dine in and then the guy didn’t even try to close the sandwich sure not a huge issue but he split the sandwich in half I sat down to take a bite and when I picked up half the sandwich the ingredients went all over the place because he semi-heartedly cut the sandwich didn’t close it and threw the ingredients with no care so It just wasn’t a pleasant experience, when I looked at the counter they were not there to address the issue so I left because I did not have enough time for this BS,Too bad I didn’t take a picture of the sandwich before I picked it up because it didn’t even look pleasing to eat.

I ended up here quite by chance --- needing to be in the area a few hours--- I'm not the biggest Subway customer as paying these days rates for a sandwich doesn't appeal-- albeit a picture says a thousand words and my Italian BMT 6inch was the special o the day and it was TASTY!!! Loaded up w all the fixings it hit the spot and was very fresh. Mr Subway behind the counter was pleasant and the dining room was clean -- a successful visit.

The ladies who work at this location in the evening are super sweet and always very friendly. They make my sandwiches exactly the way I want them. I pass five other locations on my way home and always make sure to stop here because of the friendly environment and awesome service.

Overall I give the subway three star mainly because the order consistently was altered from what was placed. Specifically not using rotisserie chicken and rather they decided to use the thick cut original chicken when I specifically ordered the rotisserie style chicken. I thought this would only happen once, but week over week it happened consistently. Therefore, I’m not sure if this is a management/training issue or if this was clear decision made by the individual to benefit the cost behind serving the two different styles.

Check and double check your coupons. They don't take ones that everyone else does. Paid $30 when I would have paid $15 anywhere else. You'll find that out once it's time to pay.We should have walked out.

This Subway will participate in coupon codes and then not honor them with online orders and not refund your money. On Tuesday January 17th, 2023 I place two orders for six inch subs using a promo code & rewards gift of $2 off on one of them.I got to the restaurant about 5 minutes before the subs were supposed to be ready for pickup and sit by the pickup tray, no activity for 10 minutes. I then ask about the subs. They say they only received one order (the one without the $2 off reward) and put it out on the tray and never received the other order despite confirming it. They claim someone must've grabbed the order they said they received so will re-make it, which doesn't make a lot of sense as I was sitting right by that shelf.So they "re-make" one of the subs but refuse to acknowledge the other order or refund my money and rewards balance. It was even brought up to a manager's attention and nothing was done. My order 446C8676-7B was confirmed and I paid for it and they refuse to refund the money or deliver the sub.These people are thieves and will not honor any coupons they deem unfair even if they have the option to opt out of them. Be very aware.

I am honestly disappointed at this location. I order 3 times delivery and every time there was a problem. I asked for light Mayo, they put extra. I don't add lettuce, they send with bunch of lettuce. I asked for melted cheese, it comes in cold. Not to mention I asked for green tea, they send sweet tea or not send anything it all. I ask the driver and she said they don't have green tea. You would think the store would call to notify there is no green tea available. Very disappointed the store couldn't follow simple instructions.

I would first like to say that I really like Subway food......That is the only reason I have kept coming back. The Subway store that I have been a long-time (several years) customer of, is the one located at 1009 E. Roosevelt Rd. in Lombard, IL. 60148 on the corner of Roosevelt Rd. and Meyers Rd. First: the food.... I always order a foot-long whole wheat, egg and ham... with American cheese, lettuce, spinach, pickle, tomato with mayo, honey mustard and ranch dressing.... then a bowl of broccoli soup and a large soft drink. The problem with the food is: The whole wheat bread is not fresh.... both ends are hard as a rock! The ham is slimy... the lettuce, spinach, and tomatoes are all wilted and old...The soup is not fresh and needs to be heated up in the micro-wave. As for the SERVICE or should I say lack of good service.... The employee that works there in the morning ... (Jose) Is usually working in the back preparing the trays of bread dough for the oven ... as soon as I come in, I take a large soft drink container and go over to fill it at the machine.... Jose looks up and rolls his eyes and keeps on working as if I'm not there... when he finally comes out, he doesn't wash his hands and put on new gloves he just starts putting my sandwich together. I asked him not to put it in the oven to bake it so long because it burns the bread, and he replies that it's on a timer and that's just the way it is. When I mentioned that the Subway store down the street would put 4 eggs on a foot- long he replied that I should go to that store from now on. When I did go to the other store, I met Kelly Nissen, the Manager of Franchise Performance Subway Market Operations. He was very nice and professional. After I explained the to him the problems that I have had at the other store he said he would look into it and gave me his business card. Nothing changed so I called him back twice. He said that he would have the franchise owner call me. Since I haven't heard from the owner, I am entering this lengthy complaint here and if I still don't get some response and see some changes, I will file a formal complaint with the Better Business Burrough, the Health Department and the Subway Corporate Office. When I asked the employee Jose if he liked his job there? He said that he was going on vacation and would see me when he got back.....being very flippant and not worried about his job at all. I will continue to go there and if Jose is still aloud to work there, I am DONE with SUBWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I frequently visited this restaurant until I recently learned that they had decreased the amount of meat put into the sandwiches. A double meat portion for a 6" Turkey and Ham sandwich amounted to a measly 2.5 ounces. At the same time, the prices are fairly the same. This was very disconcerting. While the service was always good, I blame whoever made this decision. I will never come here again, nor recommend it, and always speak negatively of this company because of this experience.

I have now placed two orders for the same sandwich and have gotten both of them delivered wrong. Asked for it to not be toasted and it was toasted TWICE. I had to drive there once for them to remake it and then they told me this second time I couldn't get a refund from them I have to go through doordash even tho i ordered it off their app. Sat on the phone with doordash for them to tell me its a subway issue. tried calling the store and my number was ignored.... I would love to drive over there but I am at home sick with Covid so I really can't do that now can I? Can't even get one sandwich right....
