Incredibly long wait for a single Philly cheese steak. Only one person working. They should have two people working at least during peak hours. At the very minimum update the app for online orders to reflect how long it will take for the order to be ready.
If it’ll take 20 minutes instead of 5 to prepare the order, take the 2-3 seconds of your time to update that on the tablet rather than have the customer come in 20 minutes early. Thank you!
