I've been a Subway customer for years. Their subs are great. I stopped into this Lombard Subway for lunch this week and the portions of lettuce and other toppings were minimal at best. There was hardly any lettuce in the sandwich and the sandwich didn't look like their pictures. This reminds me of the lawsuit I read about where they are being sued for the same lack of ingredients. I will not be back to this location. I've been there many times. I feel I'm paying a premium price for a good product but receiving a substandard product. Beware of this location. They are generating more profit at the expense of customer satisfaction. Sorry Subway, I'll try another location next time.

subway wouldnāt take a subway coupon that was delivered to my address and itās the only subway close to my address. cheap owners probably cheap ingredients since itās probably a family owned business.

Spent $50 on an online delivery order at this subway, it charged my card and everything. Never got any updates, and the order never came. Placed it around 1, called the subway close to 2, guy picked up and was not able to help me at all. It seemed like he didnāt even understand what i was asking about. He just kept repeating āno orderā over and over again and said āHELLO?ā when i went quiet for a second. Would not recommend.
