The customer service was absolutely terrible. We waited 40 mins for choclate drizzled strawberries and a Dubai chocolate which we accidentally dropped on the floor and cleaned after ourselves and didn’t give a refund or new chocolate. Don’t come here waste of time

Dropped by after stopping by a haunted house, so the place was kinda quiet, although it was still pretty busy for 9:30pm on a Wednesday night. I was initially overwhelmed. I'd never been to one of these before, and everything looked too sweet. Thankfully, looks are decieving. I had the sushi dose, and I was happily surprised by the taste. A banana, Belgium chocolate sauce, and pecan pieces wrapped in crape, cut sushi style, and topped with strawberry slices and white, milk, and dark Belgium chocolate sauce. Surprisingly, it was just the right amount of delicious and I really enjoyed it! I ate half of it there and took the other half home because it was so filling. And eating it was half the fun.
Went in to get something to celebrate a birthday. They recommended the Sushi Dose -- WOWIE WOW!!!! Super fresh concoction that took me back to my childhood. Freshly made crepe stuffed with banana, some pecan crumble, drizzled in chocolate and topped with strawberry. ALL FRESH, MADE TO ORDER and soooo delish! Will definitely be back to try out more menu items, and repeat orders of the Sushi Dose -- they are THAT GOOD! They even hsve chocolate covered strawberries, a dozen for about $20! Show someone you love some love, and bring them some home today!

I stopped by to the Sugar Dose today to see what the hype is all about - from outside the spot has a standard ambiance but inside they have a cool chocolate fountain and is very nicely lit up.
Customer service was fast in terms of taking our order but depending on the rush the time may be longer for you to receive your treats.
I ordered 6 strawberry pieces covered in chocolate and an order of the Nutella Bubble Dose for a grand total of $27.48 - pretty expensive.
The Nutella Bubble Dose was solid! Definitely recommend this but the strawberry was sour :/
Worth checking out once for sure!

It's a rip-off and bad customer service. Only a couple of people are working at a time, and there is a huge wait line to get anything here. Even if you order on the phone in advance for pickup oder, tgey make you wait. This is a very expensive chocolate, this small 2 bars cost me $12. It's a social media hype, not worth the time or money! No matter what time you go here, they have tons of doordash orders, and they run out of chocholate.
