A Wonderful First Visit with Excellent Hospitality!
My first visit to The Patio in Lombard was fantastic. As newcomers, we were immediately impressed by the amazing hospitality. An employee greeted us warmly and kindly guided us through the ordering process, which was very helpful. The service was excellent throughout our meal, and the food was absolutely delicious. A great overall experience—we will definitely be back!

The only negative I had was after standing in line, I was finally ready to give my order. I greeted the cashier she half heartedly responded. Upon providing payment someone said something to her and she just walked away. No receipt, no number placard for my order. I only know that because of what the other cashier provided to the person in front me. I asked him if he would give me my receipt, which was still in the machine and my number placard. Fortunately my food was good.

Absolutely Delightful and so very comfortable! The Food is so fresh and VERY HEALTHY, I drive a long way to get here and its worth every mile. Service is quick and very pleasant on top of the GREAT MANAGEMENT STAFF like Brad K, Joe H and Jordan J. who actually walk thru to make sure everyone is well cared for. They are welcoming, charming and ready to roll up their sleeves. Its a great place and the atmosphere is chill and cool. It even has a full liquor bar. Great for all types,...
