Omg words cant explain how much I love this place! Not only was the customer service amazing but so was the pizza and the people who helped make it i belive both their names being Thomas and Omar. Late at night when I needed it the most I deeply and greatly appreciate the thought put in to working in such a place like this 10/10 taste 10/10 customer service and 10/10 environment

Pros: portions are large and they offer delivery. Delivery guy was excellent.
Cons: the pizza is just ok, there’s other nearby pizza that’s much better. The pasta and lasagna are so-so and lack flavor.
Overall, I would skip ordering here and go down the street to the pickup pizza joint.

Got a Sausage and Pepperoni pizza on an extra thin crust, no other places around town do it like you all do, bravo Triano’s, your pie is magnificent!

Went in yesterday (8/22/25) around 830pm. Ordered 2 Italian Ice. That’s it. It took almost 20min from the time we ordered until the time we got them. I’d hate to see the wait time for real food. The disappointing part is that they had staff and it wasn’t very busy. However watching they would take cash from customers and go right into making the food. I think the health department should make a stop there. Also they had 2 delivery drivers noticeably upset over wanting to be cashed out. Sitting outside the shop like an episode of soprano’s complaining about the same business customers were walking in and out of.

Had an unfortunate interaction with these folks today. I was driving home from from work and I called in to order for a pickup. Was immediately placed on hold. I continued to head that way but nobody was getting back to me on hold. I continued to drive all the way to the location when as I pulled into the parking lot the call was picked up and disconnect without saying a word. I went inside and asked for the manager to make him aware of the situation. He was apologetic but seemed dismissive of my needs as a customer. He seemed to want me to place my order and wait. I already was on hold for 15m 10s, I didn't want to wait since there are other faster options on my way home. I tried to call in advance so my wait time was spent driving and not waiting in the parking lot. I understand that mistakes are and were made here. That's totally understandable but as a business that should value every single customer you should have, at the very least, bent over backwards to attempt to show appreciation for my business. I would have graciously declined since I was in a hurry but I would feel better about returning. Now, I'm not sure I will return??

Best pizza and Italian beef around considering Portillos started in Villa Park these guys have amazing customer service and amazing food, I'm so glad a south side Italian restaurant opened in Lombard this place is a gem

Good Chicago style tavern pizza, but the BEEF is amazing! There are no tables or seating other than just waiting for your food here. Prices are reasonable and food is cooked fresh while you wait!
