I had an amazing universal experience at tropical smoothie. I shared great laughs with the workers specifically Dianna and Ellie. My smoothie bowl was a 10/10 and next time I won’t pay in Canadian money 😉

Walked in between 11:56am and 11:57am this morning 6/20/25 there were 3 girls 2 Caucasian and 1 Black. I said hello no one spoke. I stood there looking at the menu the black girl was placing containers into a bin and one of the Caucasian girls was standing on the side arguing with someone which I believe she was on the phone calling someone a liar. I stood there mind you when I looked at the phone it was 12:02 when the black girl finally acknowledged me. I found it rude and the customer service for this being my first time made it my last time. I was in the area normally go to smoothie king across but wanted to try something new since I seen they had wraps on their menu but would just rather stick to what I know. People such as themselves will make an establishment lose customers and potential customers because of their lack in customer service not knowing if it wasn’t for customers they wouldn’t have a job. I kindly walked out and will NEVER return.. the first impression I had was unacceptable and they need to hire people that appreciate their jobs.

A group of us went here for the first time around 8:00 and was told everything was closed down, but the signs on the door and google maps says “closes at 9”. I wouldn’t have wasted my gas and time going there had I known the employees wanted to leave early. Unfortunately, never coming back again.
