Ashyana Banquets - Events and Catering

We had a Baby Shower at this Banquet and there communication with there own team was managed very poorly on the day of the event. They screwed up rooms with another persons event on the day of. It was good that my decorator team got there super early and noticed the problem. I spoke with Trevor & Amit about the situation but they both kept on going around and around and saying we will look into the situation with the upper management and call you back. (They knew they screwed up and they apologized but did not want to work with the situation) It has been over 3 months and still nothing. Everytime I call they do not pick up the call. Also, there food for the breakfast they said they make it at the Banquet which was NOT true and was made a day before and was stage in the frozen. (Even Trevor agreed with that and said Sorry) I took pictures and will upload it. Be aware of this place. In the beginning they are sweet talk and after they recieve your payment in full there behavior changes. Do not pay in Full until the event is finish. Many of my friends had similar issue recently this year at this Banquet Ashyana.

I was part of a planning committee to host a high school reunion. We ended up choosing Ashyana Banquets because they were flexible with the first deposit and subsequent payments. We worked with Aamit, who really did a lot to keep our business. As the date neared, we realized we may need to use a smaller room than originally anticipated. We even had some thoughts of canceling entirely. Ultimately, we reserved the venue for 120 people and it was beautiful. A time was had by all and people are still talking about it a week later.

We only had one bartender for the night, but I felt that he kept up well with the drinks. The food was surprisingly delicious. We had a chicken option and roast beef option buffet style. The space was nice and when I got there an hour early to finish setting up, the tables were set, waters poured, etc.

However, Aamit really deserves a special shout out. I know there were certain upgrades (like the gold chairs) that he gave our group for free. Although it was a bumpy process for us in collecting the funds we needed to have the reunion, Aamit was patient and ensured that we were able to have the awesome reunion we wanted.

This was by far the worst banquet food I’ve ever had . They brought out burnt broccoli cheese soup and all the entrees at our table were cold - slabs of beef/ salmon , even vegetarian food was cold with rice from rice roni box - it would not be right to charge $100 per plate for this kind of food -

We hosted our 20 year High School Reunion at Ashyana Banquets, and everything was beyond amazing from start to finish. The venue was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the service was top-notch.

A huge shoutout to Amit , he went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect and that our day ran smoothly. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made all the difference. You can tell he truly takes pride in what he does.

Not a good banquet hall at all.

We had Ashyana partner with Morton Arboretum for a reception for our daughter. Samar Jain was our main contact. From start to finish it was a highly professional and collaborative experience. Samar took deep interest in our cultural background helping us tailor the food consistent with the vibe and culture that we wanted to bring to the menu for the event. The partnership with Morton had some unique challenges but Samar was of immense help in meeting with them, working seamlessly with Morton as one team. It was obvious that his excellent relationship with the team at Morton was the enabler.

The food was great, the presentation very elegant and the staff very competent. Our guests had an enjoyable time thanks in a great part to the efforts of Ashyana. I would highly recommend them.

We hired Ashyana to cater the dinner for our daughter wedding at the Westin. The team did an awesome job with the appetizers and the main dinner. The food was plentiful, hot and tasty and the team led by Neeraj made sure of timely refilling

Ashyana truly exceeded our expectations! We hosted an event at Astana in May, and every guest was impressed by the exceptional service and outstanding food. The flavors were authentic, fresh, and beautifully presented. The staff’s professionalism and warm hospitality made the experience even more memorable. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ashyana for any event — they deliver excellence in every detail.

Frequent this place approximately two times a month for the buffet. This was my introduction (via my brother-in-law) to Indian food and I haven't been disappointed. Price may be a put off for some but I go on near empty stomach to get my fill.

Beautiful banquet hall, held my engagement ceremony here and Amit made sure that everything was taken care of to our liking. Everything was perfect.
