Really fun date night!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Weber Grill. The food was underwhelming and nowhere near the quality you would expect from a place that promotes itself as a grill specialty restaurant. Items came out poorly prepared, lacked flavor, and were not worth the price.

What made the situation worse was the customer service or lack of it. Our server was inattentive and difficult to find when we needed anything. We waited far too long for basic things, and no one checked in to see how our meal was or if anything was wrong. It honestly felt like once the order was taken, we were completely forgotten.

When we tried to address the issues, there was no sense of urgency or effort to make things right. No apology, no follow-up, and no attempt to fix the experience. For a restaurant with the Weber name behind it, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and hospitality.

Overall, overpriced food, poor service, and a very frustrating dining experience. I would not return and would not recommend this location to anyone looking for good food or decent customer care.

Everyone who ate the shrimp at this location in my party got sick after coming here. I have not been able to eat anything for the last 24 hours after eating at this location.

In addition, most of us ordered medium rare steaks and some people got what looked like well done and some people got what looked like rare. Most steaks cooked poorly. And the char on the steaks was unbearable, tasted completely burned on the outside, not even edible. And the $50 Rib Eye I got was about 20-30% fat. Not good fat, the stuff that is not chewable. Absolutely awful experience here. We were going to do our Chirstmas party here as well for 2026 but everyone agreed not a chance.

Food was good. A little high priced for what I think we got, but good overall. Service was fantastic. She explained all the food and sauces that hit our table and she was patient with questions. Place was fancy and elegant.

My husband and I came for a date night. Our server, Maritza, was amazing! She was very helpful with the menu and was very attentive and friendly. It was a great experience and we will come back soon!

Took the Valentines Day class. Service was amazing, major kudos to Mo and Hector at the Lombard location. Food was incredible, chef Klaus is a great teacher. The only thing I’d hope for in the future is a bit more space - we were all crowded and bumping in to each other while at the work stations and grills. Will 100000% be back.

I think we just had bad luck with our server. We usually love it here but she barely said 2 words to us. It was odd. We had to tell her we wanted to order drinks and then we had to flag her down and tell her we were ready to order. We had 2 children with us and waiting patiently is not the easiest. Food was still good and the staff that cleaned our table and brought our food were very friendly so it’s just a bad experience with the server but that is sorta a big part of the experience.

George the manager and Maritza our server were excellent! We greatly appreciate the kindness! The steaks were perfectly seasoned and temp was spot on, oh also the calamari was cooked and seasoned perfectly.

The food and service were amazing. Our visit was quiet and relaxing. We did not feel rushed at all. The filet medallions were cooked to order and very tasty. The green bean almandine and the asparagus spears were also very good. Staff was attentive but not intrusive. Will definitely come again.

Ordered the Filet & Delmonico ribeye. Both were prepared as ordered. Both tender and delicious. Also ordered the sauteed spinach as an additional side which was also very good. Swapped out the garlic mashed with the Filet for a baked potato. Only 1 mixed drink, the vintage old fashioned which was very good. Service was quick. Server was friendly. We'll be back.
