It's a hit or miss for me at White Castles. Today the food was room temp. I like my food piping hot. All I ordered was 1 burger. My rule of thumb is- if a customer order 1 item you need to put your best foot forward. There's nothing else in the bag could satisfy them.

Turns out we were coming from Chicago looking for a near by White Castle ended up driving a bit further than expected ordered and repeated myself in my order left drive up once back in highway heading to my destination which was another 35mins notice my order was wrong!!!!! How could they make a mistake on my order having no other cars behind me!! It Angrys me not doing their job right! I'd give this location 0 stars if I had the option!!!

This place was TERRIBLE. We waited in the drive through for half an hour and when we did get to order, and got to the window, we waited another 10 minutes. When we got back to the room our order wasn't right and it was cold. (Mind you our room was across the street)Kid-friendliness: They were not friendly at all.
