I went in for my birthday and was extremely disappointed with the service. I've been to this location literally hundreds of times over the last 5 years and never had anything but excellent service, but when I came in with a 5 top we were ignored by our server and handed off to 3 separate servers during our visit. Ive worked in the industry for years and while I understand "cuts" and sidework and the like, it was at least 30 minutes between table touches. It was a Thursday night, y'all weren't busy, and we spent $300+ between the 5 of us. At one point I had to get up and try to find any server or manager, and when I couldn't I went to the bartenders to get some service. I genuinely love going there and love the service I get from the bartenders and the bar rail, but the table service is extremely lacking. I'll go elsewhere with a party larger than 2 from now on.

First the food was actually really great. The Korean ribeye was what I’ve been missing being a California native that’s used to eating Polynesian and Asian food. Pizza, Spinach dip, and the Martinis was not the best but good fruit mixes. Despite a few mix ups my sisters and I enjoyed the place. BIG ovation to the manager on duty Monday evening that listened and addressed the issue promptly. The staff are very professional and I’m looking forward to another visit soon. Great job guys!!!

Please note …..our issue Is strictly regarding the manager , James and his petty customer service. I frequent this restaurant at least once a month , for 5 years. Without going into full detail , he was extremely rude and the way that he handled the situation ….totally unacceptable.
However , our waitress was extremely polite and pleasant and the food was good.

Lovely visit for my first time. The food came out pretty fast once we ordered, and everything was pretty tasty. My spicy jambalaya was good but not spicy at all. The midnight sangria was on point, so I ordered 2.🤭 Those brussell sprouts WITH THAT SAUCE were probably the star of the show, so good. 😋 I definitely will be adding this to my places to take friends. I loved sitting in the patio area with the natural lighting, and there were plenty of TVs throughout playing sports. Shout out to Rudi for the funny in his greeting. He was always in sight when/if we needed him.

It was my first time and Yard House and definitely won’t be my last! Service was great as well as the food. If you’re a steak person I definitely recommend you have the Ribeye! You will not regret it. Great selection of beers as well
