ZAK'S WINGS ARE THE BEST!!! I have made it an annual tradition to have Zak's wings and cheesy garlic bread WITH EXTRA GARLIC for my birthday. The hot wings and garlic are perfect!!!The menu is 100% halal-certified. They have a wide menu of items including typical Midwest American fare as well as Middle East cuisine.I found Zak's several years ago when I worked just a few blocks north of Zak's on Main Street in Lombard. I am glad that I did. Zak and his family are very friendly. They always welcome special requests.Parking: The parking lot is shared with the barber shop next door. Parking is limited during the day on Saturdays but fine otherwise.Kid-friendliness: All ages are welcome. Tables can be arranged for various family gatherings and groupings.

We ordered two pastas. The taste was very average and lacked seasoning. It felt like the cheese used in pasta was old and chicken was a bit raw. Prices are high. Won’t recommend.

Coming here for 2 years now but the wings are starting to get smaller & smaller. I come for primarily for the halal chicken but now even the fries are bigger than the meat & that's a HUGE problem! I don't know what happened guys but so BETTER. This is not cutting it!

Food is too expensive for its portion. Had pizza and wings. Honey BBQ sauce was too sweet. Overall it's not a bad place. It's a halal pizza place.

Son: this is a good pizza place for anyone the pizza is fresh and hits the spot when you want pizza the people working are nice and welcoming and I recommend it for anyone! Dad: I've never had anything but the pizza here. And I love the pizza here! For the price, it's a very good value. Zak's is our go-to take-out place. We'll often get one 12-inch pie with sausage and one with pepperoni. It's beef instead of pork (halal) and it's pretty high quality (also halal). The sauce is tangy and the crust is chewy. They seem to be skimping on the pepperoni these days, and the cheese from the sausage pizza slid over to one side quite a bit. Since it only happened to one of the two, I can't blame myself for the tilt. But it still tasted great. I might stay away from the sandwiches at Zak's... because I'd regret not getting the pizza.

We ordered Beef ribs, burger(& fries), spicy chicken pizza and chicken wings. Everything here is zabiha halal. The food taste was good, it tasted like most burger places or fast food joints. Nothing too unique for me to go out of my way to dine here. The beef ribs were tender and cooked well but had too much BBQ sauce on it, the only flavor was the BBQ instead of the meat flavor. Pizza tasted the best. The cashier was very helpful and accommodating. Food was served hot. ?
First off to be charging 10 dollars for 8 wings the an extra 3 for a combo make sure they are actually whole wings not cut in half… that’s 13 dollars for 4 wings fries and a can pop the you didn’t even throw in a piece of bread!!!! That’s also false advertising listings should say 4 wings cut in half or 8 wing dings… then a guy orders food and ask for his sauce on the side and you try to change him!!! What’s the difference if he would have gotten it on his food it would have been free!!! It’s a wonder you all are still in business nickel and dime everyone… Nall you all just take advantage of the kids across the street at the school!!!

The wings have decreased to half the size they were before. I know there is inflation but this was absolutely ridiculous. Been coming here for years and always thought the food was reasonably sized and priced. Not anymore. The wings were way too small. Will try other wing spots now.

Sorry to say, but it doesn't live up to my expectations. The food is not so good. I did give Zak's a couple of tries before giving this review. I've had their pizza, chicken wings, chicken boneless wings, chicken tenders, texan burger, cheese nachos, and probably a few other things on the sides from my multiple visits. None of these were good.
