Owner or shop worker was very rude. We walked in at about 4:10pm (on line said open to 5pm) and last stated right away she is closing and inched us towards the door while starting she has no more donuts and sorry with an attitude. We went there specifically for the donuts.. I will not be going back!

Don’t let the place fool you. It is not the Apple Haus that used to be in Long Grove- that place is closed. Scarce apple products and overpriced products will disappoint.

I’m confused how this place does not have hundreds of positive reviews. It's like a hidden gem I just found. The apple pie is amazing, 10/10. Little pricey ($25) so I can’t justify buying it often but worth it if you want to splurge now and then. They have so many options of treats and sweets to choose from for all preferences and budgets. Great atmosphere and good service.

Cute shop. This store is combined with the confectionary, so the Apple Haus side has baked goods (apple cider donuts, pumpkin bread, etc..) while the other has chocolates and things like that. I highly recommend the apple cider donuts. They aren't exactly cheap ($8 for 6) but are very good.There is a small parking lot dedicated to these stores. If you go during a slow time you'll probably find a spot right next to the bulding. If that small lot is full, you'll have to park in the large lot across the street. Both are free.

Always a wonderful time at downtown Long Grove. Fantastic homemade carmel apples and candies. Yum!

Just amazing! Best Apple pie! I recommend it.

Mold on our $25 apple pie! We went to the long grove apple Fest and the vendor booth outside as well as inside the store ran out of what we really were looking forward to (Caramel covered apple pies) so we picked our second choice and drove home only to realize what we had purchased was inedible. Highly disappointing.

Absolutely scrumptious brown bag apple pie. We had shipped to MT & served for New Yesr’s Day dinner. Guests loved the pie. The crust is crispy, the apples are terrific quality that maintain firmness and flavor. Spices are perfect compliment. Worth shipping for a special occasion. A+

So, we've now shared brown bag apple pie from the Long Grove Apple Haus with extended family, and they agree - best apple pie we've all ever had!!!! Ordered a couple pies for Christmas Eve lunch, the pies went fast!
