I dont know what is happening but every single time I made and order they came out saying they drope it on the floor, they cutted wrong, or they dont have my order yet even order 25 min ago. I really start to get mad, I am not sure if they do it only to me or some else have the same problem I always work and I come here to pick up my lunch and they waste my time 👎

This specific Domino's had really good food. It was nice and fresh, and it didn't take too long to be devoured. It is good for a small group of friends and the service is exceptional. My two small complaints is that it is a bit small, which is okay for a group of friends and makes it cozy. It is also a bit misleading, which is why I recommend adding some dominoes for decoration because I was disappointed I didn't see any.

Always a positive experience, I like that delivery is in house and I'm able to pay cash / tip $. I am in a complex building & they bring my pizza / food directly to my door and always prompt, within 40 minutes from placing order, even during busy dinner times. The pizza is yummy and I like that they make it well done for me and their new stuffed cheesy crust is really tasty, great to dip into there marinara! Great Job Long Grove Domino's ☆☆☆☆☆

Brandon claimed to be manager and was horrible in handling customer. I don’t even know what trainings can be given to someone who didn’t even learn kindergarten ethics . How pathetic !

Highly disappointed with Dominos..now onwards will not order anything from Dominos Long Grove..I ordered Alfredo Pasta and the portions was so less and pasta was undercooked too

Gavin, Terrance, Teddy and Brandon are amazing! They were completely overwhelmed and stayed calm with rude, impatient customers while keeping smiles on their faces. They work well under pressure with professionalism. Even the delivery driver held the door for me with a smile when I arrived to pick up my order. This Dominos location will always be my families favorite.
