Most of the dominos don't have the dine in but this store has it and we loved it as it was the evening time and kids are difficult to handle. We stop by , ordered it and have it right there. Good experience at the store.

Highly disappointed with Dominos..now onwards will not order anything from Dominos Long Grove..I ordered Alfredo Pasta and the portions was so less and pasta was undercooked too

Gavin, Terrance, Teddy and Brandon are amazing! They were completely overwhelmed and stayed calm with rude, impatient customers while keeping smiles on their faces. They work well under pressure with professionalism. Even the delivery driver held the door for me with a smile when I arrived to pick up my order. This Dominos location will always be my families favorite.

Driver was very polite yes mam,no mam and she even offered to hold the door open for me to take some of my order in and waited and held my door open for me to get the rest of my order in, I had to ask her name she said Jennifer. Best delivery driver I’ve ever seen, she’s a true asset to Domino’s, the food was also great I can’t wait to order again and hope I’m able to request her as my delivery person

2nd time, they made a mistake in my order. The first time, they delivered incompletely. I called, and they just said, "Sorry, today I picked it up, and as soon I got home is the wrong pizza, and they were not even busy this place is getting bad. Not ordering from here anymore
Long Grove Dominos is the best place to order Pizza. Their service is great and they make the best pizza compare to any other location.

I use this location last 4 years. No problem at all with order and delivery. Today 12.23.23. Ordered Buffalo wings and Person told me in 30 min we can deliver. Staying outside and waiting 50 min , nobody arrived. Start calling them and they said we cancel your order. I don't want call this place until they hire more experience people.

The management changed over the past few weeks, my pizza’s have not been looking or tasting the same. Last week I picked up my order notice a new employee she was not friendly as all the past employees have always been. (No biggie she’s new still) Last night I picked up my order My order was not ready I had to wait which is fine. But as I watched her handle money then walk to take pizzas out of oven stand with her phone in her hands texting or what ever she was doing then right over to touching the dough, ingredients etc then back to cutting my pizza all with out washing hands . That’s a big turn off.I asked if she was the manager she said yes shes the new manager. (Erin) If this the type of management you hire I won’t be returning She is very rude not friendly or professional and Very Very VERY disgusting
