Did not have the cinnamon bagels as they ran out but the plain and multigrain bagels were delicious.
So I went in Dunkin’ to get a water. And I got 3 waters and the drinks taste bad and the workers didn’t even know what I was saying, so I’m calling up the place today and email. and The man at the front counter said the straws are over there in a mad tone it made me piss off. so yea I’m not coming back ever. By the way, so you shouldn’t make the water at a dollar they should make it free.
Pretty dirty store but the coffee and food were good
ordered a sandwich and donut. waited 30 minutes. still no food. i walk up and ask if everything is okay. he argues with me that i didnt order and that i should “cancel the order” and he refused to refund or give me any food.
They make my iced coffee perfect every day! No other dunkin makes it as good and they're so nice there.

This squirrel ?️ needed to get out and wanted a bike ride, first time visiting this DD and am very pleased. Staff of Three was ready and friendly ? (well it is 645 am on a Sunday so I can emphasize).
I don't like using the walk up self order, but they clued in and took my order in human mode, which I appreciate. The staff noticed I might be sitting in and did a double check of the dinner area, which was good and clean. I did chose to stay outside,it's a nice Sunny morning. I hope to visit Offen.

I went to order a medium cold maccha no ice, and they said they do the serve it like that, I been in another dunkin places and they served me they way I requested, this place doesn't serve like that because half.of cup is ice, so this place doesn't deserve not even a star

Went inside to order two donuts and an iced tea. No one providing service at the counter inside (they seem to only care about the drive thru) so was forced to use the order kiosk to place my order. Apparently there is a huge disconnect with the kiosk process as it allows you to order (and pay for items) that are out of stock (they no longer had the two donuts we wanted available). We were provided the iced tea but when asking about the donuts we were provided very poor options (they would not work due to food allergy) so I requested a refund for the donuts. I was then told “no” we cannot do that. I was floored. If you cannot provide the product that I paid for, you cannot charge for it. I was adamant that since they were not available to confirm what was available and the only option was the kiosk, it was their issue to correct the order. Finally, I received some type of cash refund, but who know if it really was the correct amount as he shoved the change towards me that came from the tip jar. I was Ok with items being sold out, but it is NOT acceptable to tell a customer that they will be refunded their money when they cannot provide those items.

Only one person to handle the whole place. Service was slow because of this.
