The food was decent, however the lady in the drive thru at 2:30pm today was really rude and had no customer service. She stared at me the entire time I was checking my bag, I had to ask for sauce that she didn’t give me. No thank you, have a great day, smiles, anything. Don’t work in customer service if you can’t be friendly to the customers.

Customer service in the drive thru today was insane. It happened to start down pouring so I could not hear the lady over the speaker. I pull around and try to apologize and explain the situation and the lady treated me like complete garbage, told me she couldn't take my order at the window....I didn't even get a chance to say anything without her being rude. Never again. Went straight to Chick fil a.

Service was slow even though we were the only customers, staff was rude, took forever for our food and was still missing 2 of the 5 items we ordered but claim they put it in the bag and refuse to make it right.

Walked in they were threatening to walk out of each other, gave my food to the wrong person, called ahead also to make sure I had something included in my meal that wasn't available on the app, then got home was missing items and the lady told me I was wrong .. I already had to wait longer for my order in a Uber but expected me to just come right back ... Terrible experience don't go to this store
