Customer service in the drive thru today was insane. It happened to start down pouring so I could not hear the lady over the speaker. I pull around and try to apologize and explain the situation and the lady treated me like complete garbage, told me she couldn't take my order at the window....I didn't even get a chance to say anything without her being rude. Service was slow even though we were the only customers, staff was rude, took forever for our food and was still missing 2 of the 5 items we ordered but claim they put it in the bag and refuse to make it right.

Walked in they were threatening to walk out of each other, gave my food to the wrong person, called ahead also to make sure I had something included in my meal that wasn't available on the app, then got home was missing items and the lady told me I was wrong .. I already had to wait longer for my order in a Uber but expected me to just come right back ... Terrible experience don't go to this store

I went in yesterday about 4:30. I ordered some gyros and fries. The woman at the register actually had a great personality. When she gave me my order she also warned me that the fries were just cooked so they would be hot. Great customer service. The best I have received anywhere in a long time.

We ordered our food, we’re at the window and I’m not sure what the workers name was but she was a black woman, she had a colorful scarf on with a high pitched toned voice. When we got to the window we tried to give her our coupon because we forgot prior, and immediately she had an attitude saying that we have to do that at the menu in an extremely rude way and she kept denying us and when we were respectful trying to understanding what we did wrong she kept talking back and saying you guys can js go it you’re going to hold up my line.

They need to leave the burgers to cook longer. Mine was raw in the middle. I'm an adult so I can handle it, but if there was a bacterial presence, a kid could have gotten I'll.
