I dined in last night. I waited a long time for my order. I ordered the chicken strips , fries. (Not busy at all) When I got called up for my order he apologized for the delay and gave me some free pop coupons. My food was cold. I think my order sat there a while. I sat in the 1st booth watching for it so no it wasn’t my negligence. The food usually it very good. For the cost, it should be perfect.
I can't actually say that I would go here again. I would suggest someone to go here. The food was fairly mediocre and nothing to write help about. Not someplace I would go on purpose is what I'm saying.

Hamburger was paper thin and crispy like a potato chip. My son couldn’t even bite into the grilled cheese the brought was so tough. Highly disappointed.

Please train your staff better. We waited 35 minutes after placing our order to get our food, 2 burgers and 2 fries.
Meanwhile, another gentleman ordered shortly after us and received his food first.
And, also, an employee ordered after her shift ended, and received her food first.
I understand there were drive thru people as well, but we should not have had to wait so long, as it seemed well staffed.
Secondly, I really did not want to hear who appeared to be the manager tell a staff member to change gloves every half hour to hour, as he was touching utensils....🤢.
P.S. The food was okay. I did enjoy my sweet potato waffle fries. Hubby's onion rings were a bit overdone, but not too bad.
Anyone that has known me for any length of time knows I have worked in food service for 15+ years, so I didn't say this to be mean or spiteful. I say this as constructive criticism so improvements may be made.

Ate at the Pittsburg, KS location.. the food wasn’t terrible and the staff was wonderful. But those prices are ridiculous. The food was decent, but I don’t plan on going back. You can go to a sit-down restaurant and get better quality for a lower price point.

Beef-A-Roo restaurants are always nice. The only complaint I can think of is that it sometimes takes a few minutes to get your order, but I'm okay with that because the food is always fresh and tasty. This particular location has a drive through which you can only exit from to the right, so that's a little inconvenient, but that's not something they can change.

Great local fast food roastvbeef,burger place. I would of given 5 stars but the onion rings just aren't the same anymore they were my favorite. Skinny and crispy now they are a little thicker and not a tasty. Still great food.

Wait 20 mins to be handed food that clearly wasnt prepared fresh for you.. old half cooked fries mixed in with way overcooked fries, chunky cheese sauce with old beef in it..40 dollars worth of food and nobody wanted to touch anything but the shake.. waste of money

I ate at the Lebanon Indiana location last week. The roast beef was all different colors and literally tasted like i was chewing on rubber it was gross. The meat did not smell right either. I have emailed beef a roo 3 times with no response unfortunately.
