I like this BK but that SpongeBob meal was trash that pie taste like whip cream the tots were gross and the smoothie taste like a pop with creamy foam the lady at the register was helping from another Location no uniform and a pretty bad attitude

2nd time in 3 months I go here and order to go. 1st time,25 minute wait. Got pissed and walked out. Today I was there an hour ago. Same result. 6 people working with a female lead that didn’t have a clue what was going on. 20 minutes I waited for my order while standing at the counter. I am finished with Burger King. Never got my food. Had to go because my lunch break was over.

Somehow my online order was messed up but the manager was really polite and even threw in an extra pie to sweeten the deal a little bit.

I waited for several minutes at the Burger King on E. Riverside Blvd in front of Valli Produce to only be told that they don’t have any F’ing mobile or DoorDash orders Dash orders and that I can F*** off, it’s F’ing Sunday and they were going home. This will be my last visit to any Burger King owned by this franchisee. I will also be contacting Burger King corporate customer service and be leaving feedback everywhere I possibly can about how rude and unjustifiable this employee was to me. I had my little cousin in my vehicle that had to hear this vulgar language!

I just wanna give a big shout out to David. Came through the drive-through on a Monday morning at about 9:30 AM and this young man speaking through the speaker sounded so professional that it didn’t even sound like he should be working there .and once I got up to the window to pay, we had a great conversation. Kudos to you buddy. Keep up the hard work

Great customer service from the manager here at the Rockford Illinois Riverside location. Great place to sit and catch up on any work on your laptop or just enjoy the TV that they have in the dining area.

Very upset, I ordered food from this location and had it delivered. When the food arrived there was no sandwich only the bun. I called to notify them and the women who answered was beyond argumentative. She said whoever ordered it must have ordered it that way. I did not. I have a screenshot of my order and that is incorrect. I normally don’t care about my food being perfect but to have someone just argue senselessly when you call back is just plain Asinine. I will not be giving my money here anymore.

Ordered a regular whopper and a impossible whopper neither one was labeled properly and so I took a bite of the one packaged in brown and turns out that was the real meat one I am a vegetarian and have been for years and that was awful cried and did not take a bite of either one you have to package your burger correctly HAVE TO.
