I waited for several minutes at the Burger King on E. Riverside Blvd in front of Valli Produce to only be told that they don’t have any F’ing mobile or DoorDash orders Dash orders and that I can F*** off, it’s F’ing Sunday and they were going home. This will be my last visit to any Burger King owned by this franchisee. I will also be contacting Burger King corporate customer service and be leaving feedback everywhere I possibly can about how rude and unjustifiable this employee was to me. I had my little cousin in my vehicle that had to hear this vulgar language!

I just wanna give a big shout out to David. Came through the drive-through on a Monday morning at about 9:30 AM and this young man speaking through the speaker sounded so professional that it didn’t even sound like he should be working there .and once I got up to the window to pay, we had a great conversation. Kudos to you buddy. Keep up the hard work

Very upset, I ordered food from this location and had it delivered. When the food arrived there was no sandwich only the bun. I called to notify them and the women who answered was beyond argumentative. She said whoever ordered it must have ordered it that way. I did not. I have a screenshot of my order and that is incorrect. I normally don’t care about my food being perfect but to have someone just argue senselessly when you call back is just plain Asinine. I will not be giving my money here anymore.

Ordered a regular whopper and a impossible whopper neither one was labeled properly and so I took a bite of the one packaged in brown and turns out that was the real meat one I am a vegetarian and have been for years and that was awful cried and did not take a bite of either one you have to package your burger correctly HAVE TO.

Burger King at one time was my all-time favorite restaurant. I went to this location around 8pm on or about 10 September 2024. I went through a drive-thru, where I waited a few minutes before someone took my order. I placed the order and went around to the window. I waited for a few minutes at the window, where no one was visible. I figured i had gotten the wrong window and decided to go inside to get my order. The door was locked even tho the dining room sign says it closes at 9. I was met by an employee, where I explained my situation, and yet he still told me to go around back through the drive through where there was already a 5 car line. I got back up to the order point and explained. I asked for fresh food and the sense I figured it would be cold by now. The rep said It's not cold, and I got up to the window where I received cold food. Absolutely terrible service. How long can it possibly take to make a whopper.

The only positive aspect of this location is the food quality. Any basic question is met with attitude, which is unacceptable. Two crew members at the window—who took my order and handed it to me—looked at me as if I had done something offensive. This behavior is unprofessional. I understand that work can be challenging and that everyone has rough days, but it’s essential to leave personal issues at the door. If needed, take a moment in the freezer to reset. Customers should not bear the burden of staff attitudes.
