The Carne asada was tasteless and fatty. I got a lifestyle bowl and it was just not worth it at all. Do better Chipotle!

This chipotle is a joke. Every time I come here they miss something, this time they forgot chips and my tacos has the most pathetic amount of ingredients possible. All together would equal one taco worth of food at literally any other location. Avoid this place and go to 173 or state and save yourself the hassle.

Thursday September 24, 9:30pm. Try not to act so annoyed that a customer came in (shaking your head). Don't be put out that you had to make more rice an hour and a half before you close. It's one of your core ingredients. I like Chipotle but I think I'm done with this location.

DONT ORDER ONLINE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SKIMPED ! I never go to this one (for many reasons) , But I was in the area and wanted it so I ordered online (big mistake on my end). I get a simple order, only rice, black beans and steak. With sour cream on the side. that’s IT . So, since my order is small and simple, I requested extra rice and beans …. and they put less than a normal amount😑😑. I was still hungry after eating my half filled bowl. The machesney park chipotle would NEVER. They always fill my bowl to the brim, dang near overflowing with their online orders. I will never be returning to this location, as I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here. -100/10. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Great food! So fresh and full of flavor. The staff was equally amazing! Isaac, Oscar, Ella, and Jay have made us repeat customers!

By far the worst experience at a Chipotle. Whoever manages this location either needs better employees or lead better but I’m guessing he’s fed up. I was second in line and waited 4 minutes to give my order and Out of white rice! How do you run out of the number one ingredient! and whenThe food didn’t look appetizing, place was messy! Employees in the back standing around on the phone, we’ll texting on her phone over a prep area with rice all over it, talking to each other, multiple walking past on their phone. Ridiculous! I don’t expect amazing service, I expect a service that kind of gives a care about serving. First and last time here. They’re not understaffed either. Over staffed and I’m just in awe at the lack of care

The service is just average here. The prices have just slowly gone up over the years as well. I went with 3 kids under 11 last visit and it was $68 for the 4 of us. A local sit down Mexican restaurant would be cheaper and that's including giving the server a tip.

Drive through order at 15:00 on 05/31/25. Rude female server. Another online order 07/08, double chicken bowl, got less chicken than even a single serving while paying $15, scam.

When I was waiting for my turn to pay, a white American woman was paying, the cashier Paige, very kind to her, asked her if she wanted a drink, she said no, Paige told her that the drink was already in the combo and gave it to her, Paige made sure by asking the costumer if she had rewards, Paige was very kind and attentive to her, but my turn came and she was totally cold with me, she didn't offer me anything much less if I had rewards, I FELT DISCRIMINATED AND HOSTILE TREATMENT

The burritos are not being wrapped properly and are far too thick with zero length. The price is way too high for the quality of the end product you get. My burrito was never even wrapped and I went lite on the stuffings. For 16$ you are better off getting a feast at taco bell or going to buono beef because at least it comes with fries or a drink.
