Tried the new brisket. Terrible meat. It was 75% gristle and fat. You pay a premium for this protein and it was inedible.

I tried calling but it won't let me talk to a team member. I didn't really want to throw anybody under the bus. But one of the condiments is still frozen and has a taste of freezer burn I don't know if it's the fajita veggies corn or Pico. It tastes very off

This order was absolutely awful. The meat was completely cold like it had been pulled from the refrigerator, same as the tortilla. The guacamole was just chunks of avocado. Terrible.

Had mushy and flavorless chicken. The chips were old and soft. The queso texture was old and the taste bland.

Went the other night and was excited to try out the new brisket. Got our bowls to go and there was hardly any meat at all. When you pay $35 for two people and the brisket is up-charged, you’d expect at least one full scoop of protein.
This was a the closest thing to a vegetarian bowl I’ve ever eaten.

We were in Rockford for a convention over the weekend and needed lunches for 20+ people on Sunday. Timing was potentially an issue because we had a small window to get our order back to the BMO Harris center to arrive for the lunch break. So we decided to stop at Nearby Chipotle locations the week prior to see if they could work with us. We happily found this Riverside Blvd location to be very clean as well as the manager, Josie, to be extremely helpful. She told us the best way to place everyone’s specific orders on Sunday morning to ensure they would be ready and on time for our pick up. She gave us her card and told us to reach out with any questions and was so accommodating when we had to call her with a very last minute addition to our order. Everything was packed up beautifully in 3 large catering boxes and arrived exactly as ordered. We were very impressed by her customer service and the entire crew. We will definitely work with this location whenever we are in the Rockford area in the future!

I just picked up guacamole and chips. I was very disappointed in the guacamole. The guacamole was not mashed but had huge chunks of avocado. I tried to mash the avocado myself but the avocado was not ripe. I also had skin of the avocado in the guacamole. Guacamole needs to be made with ripe avocados not hard avocados. I think whoever made the guacamole probably doesn't like It so they didn't care how it was made. I will not be ordering from here again.
