Was looking for great ice-cream and I saw this Dairy Depot parlor. Due to reviews I decided to give it a try and drive 15 min. As I get there it was closed!? On the website says open from 3 to 9pm and it's 7:30pm now. I looked for a phone number there was none. This was a little disappointed for me. This is why I gave it a one star. Maybe I'll have better luck next time.

Ice cream is good, but every single time I go, they are out of something. Went a few weeks ago for a sundae. They were out of whip cream, which was a bummer. Went last night for one last banana split of the season. They had no bananas! So we said we'd have a hot fudge sundae. All out of hot fudge. Hope they do better next year.

This wasn’t a brownie hot fudge, it was a frozen Cosmic Brownie with ice cream on top. Cold, chewy and could not be enjoyed with the ice cream. Tastes like cutting corners.

Got amazing service from the short blonde woman, she gave my wife the biggest cone i’ve ever seen from a soft serve place. Honestly would recommend to anyone near the area.

My husband ordered a large blueberry twist and when received it, it was a small twist. I ordered a mango parfait and they ran out of one ingredient so I asked them to put another ingredient in my parfait and I saw an eye roll. I asked for an ice water and she said they ran out of ice. Very weird because they always have ice. Very rude brown haired female.

One of the worst experiences ever. I was genuinely excited to try this place out, but WOW…what a letdown. The prices were ridiculously high for what you get, and the ice cream? Completely flavorless. It tasted like freezer-burned nothing with toppings that looked and tasted stale. The place looked dirty and unkept, which made me question if anything was even fresh.
But the worst part? The service. Incredibly rude staff who acted like I was bothering them just by ordering. I stood there for what felt like forever while multiple people who ordered after me got their orders first. No apology. No explanation. Just ignored. Who the heck is running this place?
I left with an overpriced, bland mess in a cup and a seriously bad taste in my mouth (literally and figuratively). I don’t say this lightly, but I will NEVER be back and definitely do not recommend.

I just had the worst service there. People were getting orders after we ordered. By the time I got my ice cream my ice cream was all melted waiting for my husbands order.. Mine was dripping all over the outside of the dish. My husband brought it to me like that. I would never have accepted it if I had picked it up from the window in that condition. I think the needed a manager there. Very disappointed in that kind of service.

Nice place for ice cream, but they were really slow tonight..waited over 20 minutes to get our order..they were busy but that wait time was ridiculous. I do recommend the cherry cheesecake sundae.
