Went in for ice cream after dinner. Place was empty inside, drive thru became busy after we ordered. Ordered 2 mini blizzards for WAY TOO MUCH! ($5 each!!). Sat down and the gal said ours were going to be a while cause drive thru got busy. Ok, I can accept that. 20 minutes later we had to demand refunds because we had to be home to get kids from babysitter! Very disappointing. Work on your service if you are going to charge $5 for a mini blizzard. Buying a half gal of ice cream at woodmans next time!

The person at the drive through window tried handing my large milkshake order to me and the drink tray was sideways. So the milkshake spilled all over me and into my new car. Her response was to hand me napkins. She could have said "sorry" however she chose to do nothing and say nothing. I've worked in business for 21 years and simply apologizing cost the company nothing.

Drive through. Accent was difficult to understand. Ordered a milkshake that took a while but it was the best milkshake I've had in a long time. Had a DQ milkshake from Rock Falls that was melted and no whipped cream a week ago. Great Job here ! ! !

Accidentally placed a mobile order at the wrong location last night. Tried calling to cancel and requested a refund, the person working last night referred me to the DQ corporate...after contacting their office, they told me I had to get my refund from the specific location...I got off the phone not 20 minutes ago with the manager at this location and already I've been notified of a refund. Thank you for making this easier than the first two attempts!!

We went to this DQ location today. I have never been there. We went there with a group. We got there about 10:30am. The service, food and cleanliness was literally amazing. Thank you so much to the morning staff today, you went above and beyond for our group.?



Parking: Excellent parking right in front for buses. Safe and clear and easily accessible.
