“My daughter is gluten-free, and Sugar Jones is our favorite place to get her special treats! I forgot to call ahead to order gluten-free cupcakes for her birthday, so I stopped in hoping there might still be some available. They were out, but the staff was so friendly and helpful! They guided me to several gluten-free options — including macarons, frosting shots, and a blondie — so my daughter still had a fun selection to choose from. Thank you for always being kind, accommodating, and for making it possible for those with dietary restrictions to enjoy something sweet on their special day!“

“I go here often for my girls and for my company. It's usually very quick. There was one time I waited almost an hour for my pick up order and when I asked about it the young lady was very nice and asked me my name. I told her and then nothing another 30min rolls around and I ask her again and she goes and tells another young lady and she comes up and asks me if I checked in on the app. I told her no, I don't have the app. And she said they only go in order from check in on the app. I told her I had told the young lady who was boxing orders my name and then everyone after me had gotten their orders and left, and I was still standing there (with a baby) and she just gave me an attitude. So I left. Other than that one experience, most of my visits are very quick and easy to get in and out.“
