If I could leave zero stars I would. Sandwhich came out with cold egg and the cheese wasn't even melted. I was given approximately 6 WET AND SOGGY hashbrowns. At least my coffee was good but they forgot the cold foam and I had to hand the drink back through the window. The people do not know what they are doing.

First of all i never go for writing bad reviews, BUT the fact that i was waiting 30 mins while my toddler was in the back screaming was criminal.. I had made a mobile order that included and iced coffee.. Chocolate long john & what was supposed to be a Chipotle loaded hashbrowns! that they had me waiting for.. while employees were looking at me waiting in the drive-through.. One proceeded to ask me AFTER walking pass about 3 times.. “are you waiting for something” i told her i was waiting for a long time for my loaded hashbrowns.. so they proceeded to “make them” ended up receiving a wake up wrap! i told the girl that’s not what i ordered and showed her my receipt on my mobile app.. they went to “make it again” received the wrong thing again!!! i was sooo over it already.. come on dunkin! READ your orders! it’s not that hard! So disappointed. I should’ve just went to the dunkin on alpine where they never disappoint.

Never have hot coffee at 630 pm due to cleaning machines almost two hours early.( Happened 4 times so far in the past month) One time they let me order hot coffee and handed me coffee colder than even room temperature. Same for any muffins n such always already thrown away.

All the employees look like parents and retired people. None of them want to be here. The donuts are always dry and taste old. I'm tired of coming here. So many better spots in the Rockford area for donuts. This place makes fast food restaurants seem like a higher quality of food because this place is so bad. Why are there always 10+ empty slots for donuts. You make one product, donuts. && somehow you can't manage to have more than 6 options anytime after 10am. Get new manage or please go out of business asap. You are wasting prime commercial space.

Apparently they charge 60 cents for a cup of tap water?!?! When I realized this I asked for it to be removed from my order and the employee was very clearly annoyed. Will be avoiding this location!
