Had a retirement party here. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the atmosphere and everything. The food was amazing. The waitresses were super helpful and extremely nice. Everyone was very accommodating. Thank you guys so much for a perfect event. We had a great time!

Disappointed that my family went in for a birthday dinner and some games for kids, and just upon walking in, I heard a server claim to answer the phone and tell a customer that they were open until 11pm. She laughed with her coworkers and it was mentioned that they were open until 1am. This was just walking in and left me feeling a bit unhappy to hear but we weren’t going to be there that late regardless so I move on. The game booths all had reserved signs on them although online it said there were no reservations and we could have made one while sitting there so we asked to be sure. At first the server said, “no we’re open for games” and we mentioned the signs on the booths. She said “well let me check.” She came back and said they were booked. We were disappointed but decided let’s pick a plan b location since we were there for a birthday and had kids with us. In the mean time, I went to order drinks for the adults while we looked for alternatives and all 7 staff members stood in the corner of the bar and would not acknowledge me standing there with my debit card out on the bar. While I stood there, I HEARD one of the staff mention not having reservations for the gaming rooms. It was incredibly unprofessional all around. We’ve been here before with our family and it was a nice experience but this was really disappointing.

Lady was very rude, people come sit to watch soccer all of the time in the sky box. But for some reason she comes up to our table and says we all have to spend a certain amount of money to sit here??? while i see 2 other tables sitting without any food. crazy.

We celebrated my moms 95th birthday here last weekend! Reserved a spot for 30 people, taco bar for food and 2 simulators! Casey was amazing ( the other two serves there as well)! Everything went off without a hitch! Food was excellent! And everyone enjoyed the simulators! The great grands really enjoyed the playground area, their parents could watch from the outdoor seating area! The price for the party could not be matched by other venues we looked at. We all highly recommend Skybox for parties! Thank you everyone there who helped make mom’s party a success!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Came out with family to enjoy an appetizer while my son was at practice. Website says closing at 8:30. Got there at 7:45 and the they were closed. A nice guy wearing an orange Park District shirt said he didn’t understand why. Please update your website accordingly. Edit-now I see where it says closed Mon- Wed but yesterday (Wed) for some reason it said “closing soon at 8:30” in orange. Not sure what happened but I was hangry and bummed it was closed! Thanks for the quick response!

Terrible experience. If I could give 0 Stars, I would. Don't waste your time or money. Plenty of other local golf simulators to support like 9 Iron in Belvidere, Golf Shack in Rockford, or Prairie Fire in Byron. Anywhere but here. Booked an hour simulator rental on Sunday 4/14 for 6:30PM. Drove over 30 minutes to get there only to find the doors locked and they were closed. Not only was my reservation accepted and card charged for the rental, but their website said they were open and made no mention of being closed. I called a couple of days later during their posted business hours to try and roll my prepayment forward and reschedule, but after two unanswered calls and leaving a voicemail, I still have heard nothing. I went back to book in person and speak to someone about this during posted business hours and they were closed once again. Such awful customer service and management. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Never intend to go back.
