Placed an online order for 4 sandwiches, drinks, and sides. When the order arrived we were missing chips and 3 of the 4 sandwiches had green marker that they used to label the sandwiches all over the lunch meat and cheese. This was noticed by one of us when sandwich was almost completely eaten. They refused to replace all of the sandwiches and only replaced 2 that had not been eaten off of. I've worked in restaurants for 15 years and have never seen such terrible customer service. Will not be returning to this location.

Ordered an un-which(sandwich no bread) for an allergy got home and its was a normal sandwich with bread. If ur looking for someplace to go with allergies do not go here this is unacceptable; and pure stupidity if u work with food and someone says an order for an allergy it needs to be made right. I will not be coming back here with my family and would not recommend this place. This is ridiculous and beyond okay.

The food was ok, but the staff’s behavior was appalling. I witnessed a manager and another employee mocking a gentleman with special needs who was simply making small talk. This is completely unacceptable. Sadly, this isn’t my first negative encounter with this same manager. I won’t be returning.

Having kids run a store is crazy work they were so mad I walked in made my sandwich without even asking what I wanted on the sandwich and threw me the bag didnt ask not one question sandwich had 1 slice of meat horrible as hell and I see why I stopped eating it service was horrible please remove children from running a store I didn’t see one adult at all worst service ever never again wasted 25 dollars on a sandwich that had no meat on it literally one slice because I had to remove things I didn’t want on my sandwich since they took it upon myself to make my food with out even letting me finishing ordering my food.

Walked in, I was the only one in there, the employees weren’t busy, just looked at me and kept laughing and joking around to themselves. Seemed like I was walking into a joke shop that I was invisible in. Ended up waiting 30 min for 2 sandwiches. Never again

Just BE SURE you ask them to put the NUMBER of the sub you ordered ON the wrapper! Kind of a mess if you order several and they don’t do that!

Terrible service. They cancelled my order because I ordered too close to closing, and told me I would get a refund in a few days. After a week I still didn’t see it, so I called again and the response I got was “I don’t have time to deal with this right now, call back later”. Very rude. When I called back, the next guy who answered couldn’t figure out what I was asking and he told me to “call back in 30 minutes” so he could figure it out.

Wasn't happy at all with there Tuna sub ( we ordered 3 subs & bus we're hard and tough & they didn't give ya much tuna & they were just dry sandwiches ( I would advice ya to go to Jersey Mike's - much better sandwich and fresh ( sorry Jimmy John's not a good sandwich !
