Having kids run a store is crazy work they were so mad I walked in made my sandwich without even asking what I wanted on the sandwich and threw me the bag didnt ask not one question sandwich had 1 slice of meat horrible as hell and I see why I stopped eating it service was horrible please remove children from running a store I didn’t see one adult at all worst service ever never again wasted 25 dollars on a sandwich that had no meat on it literally one slice because I had to remove things I didn’t want on my sandwich since they took it upon myself to make my food with out even letting me finishing ordering my food.

Walked in, I was the only one in there, the employees weren’t busy, just looked at me and kept laughing and joking around to themselves. Seemed like I was walking into a joke shop that I was invisible in. Ended up waiting 30 min for 2 sandwiches. Never again

Just BE SURE you ask them to put the NUMBER of the sub you ordered ON the wrapper! Kind of a mess if you order several and they don’t do that!

Terrible service. They cancelled my order because I ordered too close to closing, and told me I would get a refund in a few days. After a week I still didn’t see it, so I called again and the response I got was “I don’t have time to deal with this right now, call back later”. Very rude. When I called back, the next guy who answered couldn’t figure out what I was asking and he told me to “call back in 30 minutes” so he could figure it out.

Wasn't happy at all with there Tuna sub ( we ordered 3 subs & bus we're hard and tough & they didn't give ya much tuna & they were just dry sandwiches ( I would advice ya to go to Jersey Mike's - much better sandwich and fresh ( sorry Jimmy John's not a good sandwich !

At least Jimmy John's is not shorting you on the bread and the meat and the whole sandwich, I'm thinking this is why Subway is now building your sandwich behind the lid so you're not seeing how much meat they're not putting on your sandwich
Great place to work if you lack manners and social skills. Might as well add lack of reading skills as well. Don’t know why I bother coming to this place if every time they forget something on the order. Is it me or has fast food places become unproductive and unprofessional over the last couple years? The taste of it has been lacking terribly too. You pay over $20 for something not even close to that in return.

Just ordered lunch for the first time in awhile and my sandwich was made completely wrong. When trying to contact the store, nobody is answering the phone. Don't waste your time or money at this location.

Well we ordered online 15 min ahead. Waited at the drive thru for 10 Min while they got our order made. Not busy. Meat slicer making mush out of a head of lettuce.(never turned off,slicing nothing) finally had my order handed to me and not a word spoken. No thank you, no here you go, nothing. And the guy had a tattoo that said "faith" on his forearm. He needs a lesson on faith. Last time I get Jimmy John's. No big deal to them but just keep in mind if you visit this location in Loves Park IL. Oh and the sandwich was not good. Skimpy for a veggie sandwich,it needed some of the lettuce mush from the meat slicer. Jersey Mike's is so much better for the price. Not freeky fast!
