I was excited that Loves Park had a local Puerto Rican restaurant and wanted to give it a try. However, I’ve attempted to go to this place THREE times and they have been closed every time despite google’s hours. Please update hours of operation!!

Drove out of the way to stop here. Place was closed upon arrival. No sign showing store hours. Online hours showed it should be open. Not sure if the place is permanently closed or what, but I would reccomend posting store hours and updating the online hours of operation. Would have loved to try the food.

Horrible if I can give it a one star I would. Ordered my food & the lady said 25 mins we waited over a hour for our food. when I called and asked what was going on with our food she had a nasty attitude & continued to say she had other customers. Yet I was outside for the whole hour and didn’t see not one customer. I Walked inside and asked for my money back because I had to pick up my daughter from after school she refused and said you wanna get nasty I will get nasty right back?! At that point I just wanted my money back I had no more time to wait not to mention how nasty the restaurant looked in the inside very UNPROFESSIONAL I have no idea how this restaurant is still open! Disgusting owner and disgusting in the inside. Def calling to have them do in inspection cause how is that place still open.
