Ordered a Big Breakfast, Large Diet Coke, 1 extra hash brown, and a 13 tote of chocolate chip cookies through DoorDash at approximately 8:30am on 9/5/25. The order was received in a sealed bag but missing the scrambled eggs (included in the Big Breakfast) and the extra hash brown. When I contacted the store about the mistake, they did nothing. Told me to contact DoorDash. Horrible customer service expecting someone else to correct your error.

Just a reminder here the quality of McDonald's has gone down solo the prices are three times what they were 10 years ago the food is full of toxins and inedible compounds and literally won't decay because it's so full of preservatives. The potatoes are glyphosate hell. To make matters worse they give you half a cup worth of ice cream which costs $3.50 and then say they're not allowed to fill up past the line when it's not even up to the line. What a sad disappointment.

Still the worst restaurant in the area, went inside to order breakfast and they have No menus to order from, young lady was new and nice but she couldn’t get a single manager or coworker to come help her, they only cater to the drive thru! Don’t bother stopping here you aren’t a customer to them only an inconvenience!!!
