Listen up! These are the people YOU need. I have had them cater a few events now so I can tell you all about them based on a true track record. Napoli's Catering was prepared, on-time, an absolute to dream to work with from planning to clean-up. The food was fabulous! Beautifully presented AND delicious, which is usually the opposite with other events I've been too. The bar tenders were lovely and professional at all times. The entire staff brought a real feeling of warmth and caring to my events and we ALL felt it. The work they put into set up and take down to clean up is so impressive. This is not just some job for these people, it's real quality. One of my best experiences in Rockford has been working with Frank's team- awesome!

The pizza crust was too hard and salty. There's not many options on what type of crusts being offered for the pizza. The pizza didn't have much flavor. I could barely taste the toppings. For a vegetarian pizza and the price it could have been better.
This is a great place to grab a slice and salad and be on the way quickly! The pizza was hot and loaded with cheese! Definitely worth the stop!

Not very welcoming when entering their establishment. The customer service could be better. I ordered a sausage with extra cheese and it was a disaster, a straight disappointment when I got home to a cold pizza with six pieces of sausage that we luckily had found when even with extra cheese the sausages should be big enough to see through the cheese and be all over the pizza. My family did not enjoy the pizza. Sorry Napoli’s but you guys have to do better or get BETTER cooks who take pride in their work.

Food taste good the lasagna leaked a bit but tasted very good my daughter liked chicken Alfredo the fried raviolis with the sauce the red sauce they gave us so good. I would recommend eating their food, but there’s no sit in restaurant so don’t plan to eat there.
