Ordered garlic knots....they were the size of small meatballs!! Way over priced!! Also got cheese sticks! Almost $20 for both items with tax! Insane!! Both items are nothing but dough and hardly that!! Recommend Tony's on 2nd for the price instead.....way better!!

Stopped to get a pizza for my grandson on the way home from work. Cheese sausage and peperoni. 21+ dollars for ONE large garbage pizza. Highway robbery. This pizza first of all is not a go to pizza for me but my little buddy likes it. Very little sausage. Very little peperoni and super expensive and they try to upsell you everything in the damn store when you call. NEVER again.
This location is the best and I always receive great customer service and good food there. They greet you with a smile snd friendly hello. The South Alpine location can't compete and needs to take some lessons from the Loves Park Papa John's.

I've ordered from this location several times. Usually delivery. There is one older gentlemen that has frequently delivered to my house, I believe his name is Dale. Papa John's is LUCKY to have him.His customer interactions are top-notch. He's always positive and always makes sure my order is correct before handing it over. It's crazy because his BASIC customer service skills are so OBVIOUSLY lacking in the majority of today's workforce that he stands out like a SORE THUMB, in the best way. I hope corporate sees this and gives this man a big bonus.

Ordered delivery to my apartment and literally put in the special instructions call upon arrival because our building is locked the delivery driver gave it to someone else instead of following special instructions. And we ordered off their website not doordash. Never again im pregnant and it just made me bawl my eyes out??
