Waiting in line for 20 minutes for a doordash order and they're only helping one person at a time. It's crazy and it's only 9:38 on a Friday night

We went here one time. My daughter ordered online she had just got off work and was hungry and most places were closed. We sat in the driveway not being acknowledged at all. We waited and while we were we could see the staff taking all the left overs to their vehicles with boxes and boxes of food in all kinds of containers. When they finally opened the drive thru window they said they didn't have the order and that they didn't have any food. I said yeah you all just took it to your cars! And she didn't have anything to reply with. This made it so my daughter couldn't get access to the money because it takes so long for it to come back to her account. I won't ever go here and I don't think anyone else should either. Literally they should all be fired for theft.
Waited in line at Drive Thru for over 25 mins. No one came had kids in the car with me all of a sudden I could smell Marijuana the employees on night shit 8/18/2025 Were in there car the whole time in a Grey/ Silver KIA tall guy with glasses black pants and black shirt got out of his car unlocked the door and went back in the building. Other lady in blue shirt grabbed the mop and just started mopping the floor. Totally ignoring I was in the Drive Thru. Kitchen was filthy dirty health department needs to take a look.

My order has been wrong the last three times in a row, figured I'd give them one last chance today, ordered and paid for my meal in the app, ZERO indication that the store was closed even though they still took my money, pulled up and they were closed. Someone was inside, called three times, no answer, now I have to wait 24 to 48 hours for them to EMAIL me about the 17 dollars they now owe me. I will never come back to this popeyes and I will celebrate the day I drive by and its shut down because they hire the dumbest people in loves park anyway its a miracle they've lasted this long.
EDIT: I got a hold of customer service, they refused to refund my money. I will be disputing the charge with my bank, popeyes has lost a customer today.

Ordered online waited 20 minutes to pick it up.got to store went to window to avoid long drive thru line was directed to get in line and wait sat for another 30 minutes just for same employee that told me to get in line to come out and say they ran out of breading for the chicken. How do you run out of product at a store other than incompetent staff. This place should seriously be shut down. Now have to wait 24 to 48 hours for a refund on an order I never got an still have to find dinner. Y'all are exactly what's wrong with Rockford Illinois lazy incompetent self entitled employees all worried about a pay check and nothing else
Pure silence in the building, over 8 people waiting on orders, and no sense of diligence or anything. Waited 15 to 20 minutes to order and all i got were stares from the employees. Never tried the food actually and thats because this happens Every. Single. Time.

Ordered my food after sitting in parking lot for 30 minutes because the doors were locked at 5 pm when I got to the window there was a young man that said it was just him and his manager no one showed up to work didn't get what I ordered it was all wrong, good effort by manager but I think they should have just closed I know they tried but my whole order was wrong not happy about that

Very unprofessional location.. they are suppose to be open until midnight PER ONLINE CLOSING TIME .. drive all the way here 20 min drive from my house at 9pm on July 27th and there’s a huge sign on the menu that says cash only … sat at the drive thru window for a few minutes ..nobody said anything .. pulled up to the window and literally nobody is in there and all the lights are off . Don’t know why I didn’t notice this pulling in but I pulled in from the back of the location so I didn’t even see that the lights are off.. why are they closed before their closing time ??? 3 hours before ??? Stupid! Waste of gas and time. Do better

We waited 20 minutes for fresh food which is fine if our food was fresh. The fries were cold and no condiments were put in the bag like we asked.
