We love Rascals! We try to make here every other week and the service is fantastic. Our favorite waitress Olivia always takes care of us and we all get to chat and have fun with her. Food is above average bar food and we love the burgers and sammiches. Also I think there are unlimited french fry refills?? Awesome. Steak fries (well done) all day.
