Drive through. Ordered 1 coffee, 1 drink for daughter, and egg bite. When I got to the window, I was told they were out of strawberries and the brie egg bite, even though it showed in inventory. Reordered and waited holding up the drive through traffic. That specific location is not well organized as we go there every Thursdays during volleyball season

This location is BEYOND slow. I waited in the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me for 30 min for my MOBILE ORDER I placed 15 minutes in advanced. When I arrived they hadn’t even started my drink. Ridiculous in my opinion

Very disappointed, I know times can get heavy/busy, I go to Starbucks 3-5x a day but waiting over 20 mins for 2 coffees is crazy. I have never been in a Starbucks where they pull all the cups write on them and start with filling the cups with syrups then start making them. Workers every where not like any other organized store I have ever been to. I got my muffin 9mins before my drink. What a mess!

I sat at the drive thru LITERALLY for about 2 minutes before someone slid the window open to greet me. (I was the only one in line) If they had of opened the window I could have told them I wanted to add to my order, But instead. They found out when my coffee was ready and BACKED UP THERE ON LINE BECAUSE OTHER CUSTOMERS PULLED IN, MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE🤔🤔🤔
