I work down the street at Mercy hospital, so I come here often before my shift. I wanted to say the baristas here are the best! The drinks are always timely and made well, even when they are super busy. Whoever added sig codes to my drink today, I wanted to say thank you. I was having a rough past few days and this addition made me smile :) They definitely deserve a raise for creativity!

It would be great but the way they designed this location makes it super overstimulating to sit for an extended period of time. Almost like it’s intentional to keep people from staying too long so corporate can increase their conversion rates.

Every time I come to this location to pick up a delivery order, they are rude to me. I’ve gone straight to mobile pickup multiple times because that’s where you’re meant to pick up delivery orders, however they keep them behind the counter. That would be fine if there were someone on that end of the counter to acknowledge delivery drivers and get the orders for them. But there’s not, and when I went more towards the front to ask one of those people for my order I was met with attitude and told “actually you need to get it from the end.” Like what am I meant to do here??

One of the worst Starbucks out of all in this area. We’ve ordered a Venti shaken espresso with extra shot of espresso. Never owned up to their mistake yet they want to charge us to remake it. I paid for it and give them back the mistaken cup that it was useless for me. I declined keeping it.
I’ve always ordered this at every other Starbucks yet this order is different due to the coloring. Yet they stated there was extra shot of espresso. Luckily, this was all record on dash cam can’t wait to go public with this

This coffee shop is a gem! I'll happily pass four other cafes to enjoy the royal treatment at this Starbucks. The baristas are quick, warm, and always recommend delightful drinks that brighten my day.
One barista, in particular, seems to know exactly what I want every time—she’s practically a mind reader! Whether I’m using the drive-thru or stepping inside, this location never disappoints.

Got attitude today from a girl that works there as I ordered on the app for in store. The app notified my order was ready, but when I asked if my order was done she looked and said no it’s not done with an attitude then proceed to check out at the register. I was just asking where my order was as my app notified it was ready for pick up, once ready she then slammed them on the counter. I know it’s busy during the lunch hour but the only reason why I asked because LAST WEEK YALL PUT MY PICK UP IN STORE ORDER IN DRIVE THRU. No need to have an attitude, usually I love this location.
