Multiple visits. Great sub, lots of meat. Guy friendly. But took 4 visits before accept gift card. I can't use coupons with gift card. Only got to work if I gave card 1st & asked guy to check it. Then it worked.

I made an order thru Uber Eats, Subway accepted it only to have them tell me that they aren’t able to make the order because “they’re out of bread.” 🤷‍♂️ I asked them to cancel my order. They said they couldn’t because it was a third party order so they made me cancel and now neither Subway or Uber Eats wants to refund me. 👎 NOTE TO SELF: Never cancel an order on your end. The merchant needs to do it or else you are stuck paying the bill without getting your food! 😔

i don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews, but this customer service was embarrassing. we walked in at around 8:45, (they don’t close until 10, we checked) and there was only one other person in line. two people working, one guy working on a mobile order and the other lady taking the order of the guy in front of us. after taking his order, she began helping the other guy with mobile orders for 20 minutes, then they both disappeared to the back for about 10 minutes. at that point the mobile order showed up to pick up their order, which was made wrong. the guy tried to get their attention multiple times before giving up and walking out on the phone, and we followed him out without speaking to the employees ONCE in 35 minutes.

I was that the subway today? I told the gentleman that was working that I got some chocolate chip cookies last week and I don’t know what happened. They was no good and the same thing today after I told him I don’t know what happened to this place I go here all the time and I get a sandwich and the chocolate chip cookies but the cookies are disgusting. They taste like they’re old.

I placed an online order and within a minute, I get a phone call that they are low on some ingredients. I tell them to proceed with the order. I arrive at the store and the order was not made, that apparently I told them to cancel. They insisted on reaching out to customer service to get my money back. Employees were rude and unhelpful. Please don't waste your time ordering at this store.

Disgruntled workers. 2 out of 2 visits employees lied about being out of 2 different items that would require heating. 2nd visit they saw they weren't out of said item and slammed microwave door in anger. Food safety is questionable. No ice, no soda, low or out of inventory on most food and containers. Manager needs to step up.

Ordered online store called shortly after the order was placed. Called to tell me that it was gonna be about 40 minutes because they did not have any bread. 40 minutes later, i arrived and my order was still not ready. I sat in at the restaurant for 10 minutes, then went inside and sat in the lobby for another 10 minutes before my order was ready. They never offered anything while I waited. After I mentioned that I had waited for an hour and a door dasher walked out with their order before I did, they asked "would you like a cookie for the hard work" this was said by Linda I believe while the manager was next to her at the register. I will not be returning to this subway, and I hope the owner can see that they need new management. Unacceptable.

This most be the slowest subway in the country, this lady with the color hair alway has a bad attitude and works super slow even though there like 5 people waiting. terrible

My order was completely messed up.I ordered three sandwiches, two cookies, and bag of chips for delivery. One was supposed to have chicken,they used roast beef, they put no condiments on any of the sandwiches, and didn't toast them either. They also forgot the cookies and chips. So don't order unless your standing right there watching them make it.

Just ordered.. they messed up all 3 sandwich’s.. I ordered a steak n cheese.. paid for extra meat…on 2 sandwiches.. did not have extra meat.. didn’t even have enough reg. Meat..then they put hot peppers on my kids sandwich… wish I could share pics..
