My daughter is gluten-free, and Sugar Jones is our favorite place to get her special treats! I forgot to call ahead to order gluten-free cupcakes for her birthday, so I stopped in hoping there might still be some available. They were out, but the staff was so friendly and helpful! They guided me to several gluten-free options — including macarons, frosting shots, and a blondie — so my daughter still had a fun selection to choose from. Thank you for always being kind, accommodating, and for making it possible for those with dietary restrictions to enjoy something sweet on their special day!

I’d also like to mention when I called the customer service rep that answered, Kenzi, was beyond helpful and friendly! Excellent service from start to finish, I HIGHLY Recommend!!!

First time customer and I came in for their 815 day deal to try them out. There’s a great variety in store with daily special flavors of cupcakes. They also have ice cream, cake, macaroons and cookies (I live ten minutes away. This is dangerous.) The girls behind the counter had the best smiles and were very welcoming and patient with me as I chose flavors (with the 815 day line behind me).
Two of the eight cupcakes I bought are already gone and I’ve been home ten minutes. The cupcakes themselves have a nice soft crunch exterior and the inside cake melts in your mouth. Frosting is perfect and not overly sweet. 10/10, will be returning and stalking their Facebook page for the daily specials.

Holy buckets, some of the best baked goods I have ever tasted! The frosting shots are genius, just enough to enjoy without over indulging. The cake slices and the cookies are incredibly rich, absolutely delicious! Life pro tip. Tell your significant other that you want some cookies, eat about half of a cookie because they are that rich and delicious, save the other for later, but hide it. Magic secret cookie just for you! Seriously, incredible food, nice people, highly recommend for any special occasion sweets or just to treat yourself, which you absolutely deserve!

Sugar Jones made the most amazing cookies for my graduation party this year. There were even different designs on different cookies. They were such a delicious sugar cookie and frosting. They absolutely crushed the designs and what I had asked for. Honestly they went above and beyond my expectations!! Highly recommend Sugar Jones for any of your dessert needs.
